Bakugo can control one for all pretty good for just recieving it... even if he trained the whole time he would go through the same as izuku and whatever bakugo would do he would never be stronger then izuku with the legendary ss with training. His base power should be able to destroy bakugo. Also he would delete allmight in ragemode hes a sayan with preeeetty big power as the legendary supersayan.
