Izuku will either bond with Shinsou or find him pathetic due the fact he never really applied himself and went on with a "Woe is me!" mindset. There are people with Quirks that either make them look villainous (example mutant and Vigilantes touched on this) or in Izuku, Toga, and Shigeraki's case make people view them as villains or monsters.

Day 20 (i think) of asking what if Izuku had Eagle vision/sense from assassin's creed Basic abilities of eagle vision Senses enhancement (Sight hearing and smell increases 10-fold) slight lie detection Object detection Ie can see things in different colored auras Blue=authorities like police and military Red=hostiles like Criminals/villains White= Hiding places or normal people Green= alleys/friendly's Gold= Targets/item of interest Advanced ability's aka eagle sense minor precognition (has a slight feeling of where his opponent will attack) Esp (like video games where they can see through walls range is 10 meters/30 feet) the ability to see invisible objects/wrighting and if you want another ability of eagle sense that is on the wiki is the ability to have a telepathic link with a bird of prey allowing to see through their eyes, but this is kind of Wack so if you want you can add this to him If you do this Izuku would most likely be training with Aizawa or stain due to it mainly being a stealth associated ability

This was one of my suggestions in the mha what if lists I have and I'm really happy that it's been accepted, though it's a bit different than I was planning since I preferred to have izuku be the new Stendhal the Convictor from the Vigilante comic of his father's past yet this time it's for his hero career. I knew the combination of telekinesis and blood curdle with create a quirk that's similar to Blood Bending, yet slightly nerfed with obvious weaknesses and conditions. Although there are pictures in the comics or fan art of Akaguro's normal/ civilian appearance.
