Also Sanemi will fight Kokushibo... In my opinion, in that battle, with Tengen too, i think except Genya everybody would survive until the final battle but eventually Mui would die the same. When he met Kokushibo he was alone and he stabbed him and cut his hand when there wasn't other Hashiras. He would probably survive and not be split into 2 parts cuz there would be the fantastico Hashira Tengen but in the final battle he would die same. Mitsuri and Obanai diede and they weren't wounded by Nakime but still died so Mui, younger and a lot more wounded than them, would probably die. About Tengen idk he has speed and he has that thing that makes he understand the way of fighting (the thing he used with Gyutaro) so he could probably survive to Kokushibo attacks and also Muzan's and maybe would unlock the mark like others? Not sure about this seeing, the intensity of the fight against Gyutaro and Daki but with other Hashiras marked close to him maybe he would unlock it and show his full potential.

tanjiro went to the sword smith village because his sword got broken during the entertainment district arc and entertainment district arc never happened here so without tanjiro muichiro wont get his memories back and he would be killed by gyokko and hantengu would easily kill genya as nezuko wont be there. And then he would kill mitsuri as well. the village would have been destroyed and without gyutaro tanjiro would never be able to unlock his demon slayer mark because he didn't got a chance to fight an uppermoon till the infinity castel arc so all the upper moons would be alive during the infinity castel arc and other slayers wont be able to unlock their demon slayer mark so they would get easily defeated by the demons.

And nezuko wont be there in the sword smith village she would never conquer the sun there will be no hasira training demons would still be around and once the swords of the slayers are broken they won't be able get it again infinity castel arc wont happen unless muzan decides to eliminate all the hasiras and demon slayers he would teleport them all in the infinity castel and muzan wont be drugged by Tamayo so he would be in his full power and would wipe out all of the slayers. And even if he doesn't want to eliminate them. then that would have been the last gen of hasira because they won't have nichirin blades anymore so they would have to hold on demons till the sun rise and to do that with an uppermoon would just be impossible

Actually Akaza didn't get sent to the train because he was UM3 Muzan just sent him because Akaza is one of his most reliable and favourite servants so Rengoku would still die in Mugen Train Arc However that would barely change this timeline so my theory is that Tengen Zenitsu and Tanjiro kill that random UM6 (where Tanjiro would unlock hinokami kagura and mark) and the history just goes the exact same as the manga except with the changes you made during Infinity Castle Arc ofc
