Love the plot and I really adore the ending (and the thumbnail also). Sanemi working towards becoming less angry person, Kanae being everyone's favorite ara ara onee-chan, Shinobu gradually learned to be honest with herself without the fake smile facade and many more. I imagine human Doma is still alive on this period as a 133 years old retired cult reader, he would likely have another individual to manage his cult. Inosuke with his mother are also members of this cult and it's possible for Inosuke to become a Demon Slayer except he'd have a very different attitude here

Knowing Inosuke on this scenario, vowing to protect his mother from future abuses, imo it's safe to say this version of Inosuke might have his own way to build power like via training martial arts and swordsmanship in a dojo similar to Akaza or smth. Inosuke then meet a demon slayer in a town and decided to challenge him to put his years of training on a test and from here he craft his path to become a Demon Slayer as well Edit: grammar

It's not a good plot. He forgot so many things. Let me fix it. Tanjiro beats headless demon, Tanjiro never beats spider mom. Tanjiro runs into Spider dad. Tanjiro dies against Spider dad. Giyuu kills Spider dad Giyuu probably finds mommaand kills her without remorse by use of 5th form. Kanae and Shinobu together kill Rui without Giyuu cuz hes buisy and also without Kanae dying because of her 2nd form. Ur so dumb. Nakime is promoted to U4, and Gyokko is demoted to U5. Kaigaku is promoted to U6, and Enmu keeps his rank. Mugen train still happens even without him being given blood. There are 3 slayers and a pillar that go to the train, and these are: Rengoku, Kanao, Zenitsu, and Murata. Kanao and Murata die to Enmu because they don't have Inosukes boor head and Zenitsu and Rengoku are buisy. Eventually, Zenitsu and Rengoku get tired and are eaten by Enmu. Enmu is promoted to UM6 and Kaigaku is demoted. During the swordsmith village Muichiro and Mitsuri die. *insert training arc here*. All the pillars train with their tsuguko. Infinity castle happens. Giyuu dies to Akaza. Obanai with the help of Yushiro kill Nakime but fall to Enmu. Sanemi, Gyomei, Genya, Shinobu, Kanae, and Uzui die against Akaza, Kokushibo, Gyokko, Hantengu, and maybe even Muzan. GG'S demons win

One small thing is that douma probably got his spot as upper 2 via blood battle and same with gyuutaro and daki. Because they most likely won their spot, then 2 unknown demons that they defeated would probably be upper moons in this timeline instead of all the other known characters getting shifted up 2 spots. It’s kinda more of a technicality tho, I think your situation can still work if these 2 unknown demons happened to die off instead of being defeated in a blood battle.

I think im going to have to disagree about the swordsmith village one, Muichiro only unlocked his mark because Tanjiro had one previously awakened however tanjiro wouldnt be able to awaken during his fight with hantengu because more than likely he would die too fast because Tanjiro and nezuko would be much weaker since they never fought gyutaro and daki as well as nezuko not having as much control over her full demon form, Which also means nezuko most likely never learns her flame technique which helped heavily in the hantengu fight Pretty much Tanjiro and Nezuko wouldn't be strong enough to stand a chance to any of hantengu's attacks

That's true but now there are 2 hashiras. If Rengoku protects the people along with Zenitsu and Nezuko, then Tanjiro and the other hashira are going to try and behead Enmu. Since a hashira is way stronger than a mizunoto level demon slayer( Tanjiro, Zenitsu and Inosuke in the original story), the hashira will be able to find Enmu's neck bone too. If a hashira wouldn't be able to just find a demon's neck bone, how can they be ranked as hashira?

He played around literally against everyone because that's Doma , and while playing around he even defeated Akaza and snatched his position.Him being playful doesn't make him any less dangerous opponent. Also, no matter what his designation, Rui, even with extra Muzan blood would be nowhere near as powerful as the actual upper moons. We saw Enmu, who was more powerful than Rui anyway (and thus would be the new upper moon 5 in this scenario, not Rui, who would become lower moon 3, just saying) receive extra blood and he was nowhere near as powerful as even Daki.

I like this!! Though the thought of rui being a uppermoon is not kinda realistic a bit since rui would stay as a lowermoon and would be easier to kill and since kanae was the 3rd strongest hashira,that would immediately lead to rui's death with kanae still alive with injuries

Actually I think in the swordsmith village arc, tanjiro wont be there since the only reason he was there in the first place was to convince hagunezga to fix his sword. Because Dali and gutaro never became demons tanjiro won’t go there due to how his sword is perfectly fine. This means muichiro would sadly die along with mitsuri and genya due to how nobody can get there demon slayer marks.

Maybe inosuke would be a demon slayer as he wanted to be the king of mountains Also,he would be much stronger maybe at a hashira level as we can see he made his own breathing without any proper training So we don't have to worry ab inosuke also he would be present in the fight where tengen,kanae,kanao and shinobu were.
