On number 2, I won't lie, I never let my gorgeous Dragonair, evolve, I truly hate the Dragonite. It's strong AF for a few gens yes, but derpy as hell, should have been left for another line. I'd have rather Dragonair, evolve into something like Gyarados, except slimmer, and more elegant.
