you made a mistake in understanding the word radical in the French political history of the time. Being radical at the time in France meant being against the church, rural notables and for strong secularism. the majority of so-called radical parties of the time were for colonization, for the liberal economy, against women's right to vote and against social rights in addition (For example the SFIO, ancestor of the French socialist party and the SFIC, ancestor of the French communist party was for all this).

I don't see how Germany could impose reparations on Britain. Britain still ruled the waves and the Germans could not have gotten to them. Also, the reparations were imposed on Germany in 1918 because Britain and France had to repay the US for all the wartime loans. With a victory in 1916 for either side, the financial pressure is much less, hence, low or no money reparations.

Germany was politically not as conservative as you might think. The Social Democrats, Christian Centrists and Progressive Party (which later supported the Weimar Democracy) already held a majority of the popular vote in the 1912 election. But due to the fact that the electoral districts were never adjusted to population shifts after 1871 the cities (and therefore Leftist and Liberal parties) were underrepresented in the Reichstag.

If Germany won later, in like 1919 or late 1918, Belarus would be independent. Serbia would be independent but under Austrian influence, the land that Bulgaria took from Serbia, they would keep. Moldova would be a Romanian state. The Soviet Union would still be formed but with Russia and Central Asian countries, either the Ottomen annexes Caucasia, or the Caucasia would be independent as a union, Ireland would capture the entirety of the Island of Ireland, This is a great video anyways! keep it up man!

The thing you missed about ottomans is, the sultan was just a figurehead that time with also being direclty controlled by 3 pasha government, there was no way that it goes t osultan as also i must add there was republican ideas of Talat pasha which was one of the 3 pashas that ruled the ottoman empire, as i must again add ottomans were trying to industrialize and would not go for a theotreatic state as young turks you say is not actually pro-entente it has factions and also has german supporters in it with adding of government being already a reformist wing not a traditionalist. The three pasha government of ottomans during WWI has 3 pasha government as i said and the three pashas are Talat pasha, Enver Pasha and Cemal pasha, you can look at it on wikipedia too, unlike everyone thoughts ottomans are nationalist and NOT traditionalist in the period of great war(WWI) which i can assure you with the victory them founding a republic because of talat pasha which he also suggested and said just delayed it to after war, or a ultranationalist movement with celal pasha or enver pasha or just continuing as a reformist empire is more likely, in your scenerio as i watched, there is absoulatly near impossible chances that traditionalists gain that much power as they already lost it all when abdulhamid II died. Just informing btw.

Another plus for Cyril getting the Polish throne is that he was part of the House of Wettin, and so he was related, very distantly, to Augustus II and Augustus III of Poland. Also, being related to the kings of Belgium and the UK might have been a plus in the Polish people’s eyes.

Nice series but before watching this addition I have to say there is very little chance of Austria Hungary reforming. The institutions of the “empire” with all of its burdens are far too complex. It existed as a relic from the past, splintered like the HRE. Hungary would never accept the creation of a new state as it would weaken its own position and that is something from our timeline and urs (the soon-to-be-assassinated archduke was campaigning for exactly this before his death, an Illyrian addition to the dual monarchy). Again a great video tho. I imagine Germany would not impose such draconian impositions like the seizure of British colonial holdings and would instead “pay” for them like the Mexican-American war. W content bro ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

You tell me, my Alternative scenario "What if Prague was capital city of Habsburg monarchy in 1526" don't change anything, but I don't thing. This is my idea: If Prague was the capital city of Habsburg monarchy, then in year 1619, durig the Bohemian Revolt in Prague, then the rovelters conquered the capital city of Habsburg monarchy - Prague and Ferdinand 2nd surrendered and Frederick 5th of Palatinate become king of the Habsburg monarchy. In year 1685 when Frederick's grandson Charles 2nd died without sons, his brother-in-law (brother of his wife) Christian 5th Danish and Norwegian king became king of Danubian kingdom (Habsburg monarchy). In reality in year 1740 Frederick 2nd (Prussian king) attacked Silesia because of destability of Habsburg monarchy and because of someone's non-recognition of Maria Theresa as queen, but in this alternative history it didn't happened, because Oldenburg monarchy (Habsburg monarchy and Denmark-Norway) was stable, everyone recognize Christian 6th as king and Oldenburg monarchy was more times bigger than Prussia. In year 1814 after the unsucceful Norwegian war of indepence the Oldenburg monarchy became federation of three states - Norway, Denmark and Danubia. After 50 years in year 1867 the federak state Danubia splits into 2 federal states - Bohemia and Hungary. In this alternative history duke Franz Ferdinand wasn't assassinated, but successor to the throne and first born son of Christian 10th - Frederick instead. The great war was going on just like in Reality. If the great war win Triple Alliance, then Knut Christian (second born son of Christian 10th) ruled the Denmark-Norway and the part of Oldenburg monarchy in Central Europe (Federal states Bohemia and Hungary) was split like in reality, but Silesia and North and South Lusatia were part of Czechoslovakia. You can edit it a bit. If you make video about this I will be happy.❤❤❤❤

I feel the baltic war would have lead to more pro german demands. The military command after winning wouldnt be in the mood for such concessions so perhaps some oversight in border regions of troop movements and major parts of the gold reserves to be used for the already demanded repairations to help stabilize the empire and ease the homeland after the war.

Karl's reforms could be a great succes. The chroatians did't had a bad relationship with hungarians (nescessecary) but they had a problem with the hungarian elite. as a hungarian I belive if the Chroatins get their own kingdom within the empire the country would be much more stable. About Transylvania I think theri is no way that the hungarians would let go the parts that the romanians populated, especially after losing the 1000 year old union with Dalmatia

As to the confused Russian bit i believe Ukranian branched off as its own culture which would make sense given the Rus lands are massive and Ukraines people would have lived by the southern coast for centuries whilst the Belarusians would have lived with no coast for centuries and the northern Rus would have been interacting with the Norse people and lived in the arctic for centuries is it not only natural for them to diverge
