If it took place in modern day, the emotion wouldnt resonate as much. The lack of resources and recent trauma of war raises the stake and emphasizes the humility of the human story. However, I love Godzilla 1985. It was my firat Godzilla movie I ever saw as a kid and for decades was my favorite

I agree with you my friend 🙌 Godzilla Minus One would not be as effective in the current time period, unless Godzilla evolves into a faster Kaiju 🔥🙂 Godzilla 1985 will forever be Top 5 on my list 💪

Godzilla will be destroyed by super X the same goes with Pacific Rim and Mechagodzilla I think Godzilla minus one would do the best In Pacific Rim if Godzilla minus one gets A sequel he might destroy the Yeagers The Godzilla from Godzilla minus one would have to be Smarter faster, More durable to fight any of these
