All Goku really needs to do is constantly use life-threatening attacks on himself multiple times, that's not really his style though. It will be interesting when this gets to Super because Beerus might try to seal him in a sword like he did with the Old Kai.

After the vegeta fight he would be at a power level of above 33 thousand, then after the gravity training he should’ve at a power level of above 299 thousand and with the super zenkai after ginyu he should be at a power level of over 9 million.
