What? His power level was probably 2 when he was born, but his power on first appearance is stated by the Daizenshuu to be about 10. Twice the strength of an ordinary man, can repel bullets, etc. Thus, 20 times stronger makes him 200.

Dude I'm sorry to say this but it's my great opinion that you are terrible at what ifs quit lowballing those characters Frieza is very powerful and Goku with his potential would have a greater power level when he was born on planet with Friezas potential Goku would have had a enormous power level among the Saiyan's he would have been revered for his enormous power level and when it comes to everything else nothing else would have been able to kill him and he would have been able to actually stop Frieza on planet Vegeta
