My assumption and reasoning would be cuz this is ssj4 from birth, instead of obtaining it as a transformation he just exists as ssj4. The main difference being no need to adjust to the power his body is innately just going to keep producing ridiculous amounts of power. Skill gap nonexistent

Wow you are wrong on pretty much everything. SSJ grade 1 and 4 is x50. Grade 4 is only them letting their bodies get used to the power boost and nothing more than that. As for Grades 2 and 3, there are no canon multipliers. But it can be assumed they are between SSJ1 and SSJ2. SSJ2 is x2 of SSJ or x100 of base. SSJ3 is x 4 of SSJ2 or x400 of base. SSJ4 is x10 of SSJ3 or x4000 of base. There are no known multiplications for Super except for we know that SSJB is x 50 and SSJB Evolution is x20 of SSJB.

I think the only issue I had was the power scaling early in the video, when goku fought Frieza on namek Frieza PL was only 120,000,000(full power btw). The Frieza we have in this what if fight wouldn’t be anywhere near that since this is a much earlier version of Frieza, if goku is 900,000,000 “base”(since he was born ssj4) then even just the head butt he gave to Frieza would obliterate him 😂😂😂. Frieza like a smooth 900,000 he dies regardless, but even lowballing goku in this scenario is like instant death for Frieza unless goku just throws gusts of wind at him the whole fight😂😂😂😂😂
