It's the worst one. It makes 0 sense. If training got them so powerful at the beginning then Goku would be 500000 minimum by the time he arrived on Namek Scaling is also wrong, even in the original Zarbon and dodoria should have been more like 50K each and the ginju force all 100K plus. My main concern is that you could've come up with a new skill, rather than saying forced *spirit* fission can separate energy. Spirit fission separates spirits. Also, Frieza's forms shouldn't require him to build up energy, so I don't think that would work. Remember, Frieza's various forms are made to *weaken* him. The form below golden is his "base form".

I have to disagree. My understanding from the manga (and seems to be the understanding used by Salad) is that FSF allows the user to strip energy away from the target, not just the bonding energy of a fusion/absorption. The technique should absolutely work to weaken Frieza. That said, Frieza using suppression forms really adds a wrinkle to things when you imagine trying to kill him. I always wonder if draining his energy would, paradoxically, force his body to revert to his true form.
