I know this what if is over but Super Perfect Cell best attack is a bit over the Solar System not multi solar system but a stronger than a singular solar system buster I forgot exactly what's it's called the explosion reached this limit or outer area outside the solar system and assumed that's his Kamehameha or at least his Kamehameha is Solar System+. Broly has 2 things that SLAP CELL 1. Adaption in ki progressing through his body + Saiyan Biology makes him stronger mid-battle. 2. Broly in his restrictive SSJ form is declared a threat to the universe like 2nd form Frieza. Not even his actual LSSJ Form itself! Broly destroyed a GALAXY (not at once but overtime) THAT'S SOME BUU LEVEL SH-T XD Also furthermore Toriyama stated Janemba was the strongest movie villain BUT when Koyama the actual director of the non canon movies stated BROLY WAS THE STRONGEST MOVIE VILLAIN because- he was so overpowering and good of threat that he had to bring him back 2 more times (Which makes sense) because he couldn't think of a good enough antagonists at the time. And Toriyama never countered that statement Koyama made.
