The idea of this project dates back to 2021. Finally decided to finish it. Making the AI vocals was a pain in the ass, but I managed to make them sound somewhat good.

A person by a name of "Metall․AI" has stolen a lot of Metallica What If covers (including this one) and released everywhere without the permission of the original creators. Please report this person literally anywhere. Stealing other peoples content and making money out of it is literally the scummiest thing that can ever be done among musicians. I don't even know if I want to continue making this kind of stuff, if some dumbass will just steal it.

@@justmax234 I also wanted to tell you that something weird is going on with that channel, and I think it's some sort of Actual Ai generated channel. So I found your video on regular KZbin and liked it enough to go on KZbin Music. I located it on KZbin Music and added it to my playlist, and when I went to my playlist to look at it there and move it where I wanted it, it was automatically that Met all.ai on my list because the thumbnail was different and wasn't yours but it was your cover. It's as if it automatically took your place on my list when I added your original. I don't think it's a person I believe it's ai bouncing around KZbin hijacking stuff.

I feel as if THIS is what people expected Metallica to release as a follow up to the Black Album. I don't think that anybody expected Metallica to release a thrash album after 1991, but the thing with the Black Album is that it was so solid that even some hardcore thrashers accepted it. Sure, some were disappointed but most people really couldn't argue with the fact that the Black Album was good. Therefore, I believe that if they released something along the same lines as a follow up, Metallica wouldn't have gotten the crap they got for Load and Reload. Don't get me wrong, I love Load and Reload. Both albums hold a special place in my music library, but they were probably a step in a direction that was way too weird for Metallica fans at the time.
