At MCU, Mjolnir was made especially for Hela. She was its first owner. I really liked this series. Odin was a real asshole. And he did right by Thor because Hela was there. He realized that he had done wrong to her. This episode shows what could have been. If only Odin were wiser. It's really nice to see the villains get a redemption arc.

We are getting absolutely spoiled as fans with this season! This episode did what I thought was impossible and took 2 of my favorite villains in the MCU and turn them into 2 of my favorite heroes. Cate Blanchett absolutely KILLED it with this performance. I love that we saw that Hela wasn’t always a murder happy psychopath and instead a woman we as made into a weapon by her war mongering father. And I love that Wenwu was inspired by Hela to go from being a conqueror to a liberator! Also I will take any excuse to see more of Wenwu. He’s one of the all time best antagonists in the MCU.

I would say no, they're just showing stories where the main characters won, and showing where they lost like bad is boring I remember in one of the episodes where Ultron split Thanos in half, fans are questioning why can Ultron do that with only 1 infinity stone while Thanos have 5? The directors said that like 99.99% Thanos would defeat Ultron, but in that episode is the tiny chance where Ultron defeated Thanos which lead to that very episode. I guess maybe because he caught him off guard or Thanos is just being cocky. So back to your question if the main mcu is trash. For me it's a no, because these stories are like small chances where we actually won. There maybe alternative universe where they lost just like Dr. Strange said in the final fight in endgame, the number of chances they win is 1 out of 14million. (srry for bad english)

@@fushi_ne but it seems like every What If that has Thanos show up either he’s not a threat anymore (like T’Challa as Star Lord) or he gets packed up expeditiously (like the Ultron episode or the Iron Man/Gamora episode). Only time really wasn’t was the Zombies episode and even then, I’d still count that as packed up since he became a zombie.

@@Tony2-Dirty If you think about it, there is also an episode where killmonger killed iron man, or most of the original 6 avengers are dead, how can they beat Thanos in that situation? because someone else needs to do the sacrifice if Tony is dead. What I'm saying is that there are also many alternate universes out there that they didn't win, they just weren't shown. But maybe you're also right, there are so many odds and possibilities that can affect each universes that we are not sure if Thanos is the main threat in each universe. The episode where Ultron and Strange destroyed their universe or when (mostly) everyone including Thanos are zombies, that was even worse than the main mcu.
