Yep exactly, had they not ended it and focused on the other what ifs then it would be much better, coz now that she has sacrificed herself she wouldn’t be the main focus. But they have finished the show now which sucks

I think What If season 3 biggest problem is being the series finale, if it wasn't, and we still had more stuff in the future there wouldn't be as much complaints of the wasted potential this had, and honestly I think this season was the better one in being a What If anthology, even at the end when we get another tied storyline, it smartly grabs on previous stuff rather than just throwing it all in for the sake of it like they did for the previous seasons, however the storyline of the finale is definitely worse than season 1 and just slightly better than season 2 imo It's funny, I actually think What if zombies is one of the worst episodes of the series and pretty much encapsulates all my problems with the series, but the concept itself is so darn good, the episode manages to disguise itself as a great one, while I think the Evil Strange episode was the undesputed best one on the series

Yh Tbf I think season 2 was mainly the reason people don’t like it, purely because half the season was about Captain carter being displaced through time, but if season 2 followed the same structure as 1 and 3 with only really the finale being a team up, then maybe people would like it more. But overall though season 1 had the better episodes, whether it be zombies or the dr strange or the killmonger episode. And that’s purely because they are real what ifs people cared about.
