As I considered the events that transpired between the Uchiha and the Hidden Leaf, I recognized one other possibility and line of events that might also result in the survival of the Uchiha with differing events that change from what the previous video held.

Obito’s abilities were not exactly the same. Obito kept the eye which allowed him to move himself freely through the Kamui realm while Kakashi had the eye which let him move other things through the Kamui realm. This is why Obito never just warped others unless he was directly touching them. They’re both related to Kamui but serve separate functions.

Itachi probably wouldn't have died from the illness because that would have been the moment they would have went to get tsunade eventually the story would have ended with itachi becoming an hokage due to everything he's done for it and also which i should add officially ending the feud between the uchihas and the village now that one of there own have gotten a seat of power

Óbitos mangekyo abilities were different. The right eye allowed him to use the kamui on himself and the left allowed him to use kamui on things at a distance.

@@sharjilmahir thats only people within close range. Óbito cant teleport things that aren’t directly touching or near him. For example, kakashi was able to cut daidara’s arm from the ground while he was up in the air. Obito right eye can’t do that.

I think people forget that itachi was literally a 13 year old. He was a child who had to make tough decisions. Itachi prob could’ve made different choices but he was young so I’m not surprised

@@KJ.Shawon i don't know if minato+hiruzen+kakashi+danzo would be enough to stop fugaku+itachi+shisui+obito, especially with the later having mutliple izanagi's, genjutsu mastery, and 4 susano's ... at the very least it would be a close fight and both sides would likely take heavy losses. but the rest of the uchiha could easily beat a leaderless leaf village any day. that is unless maybe the sanin were to pop out of nowhere and save the village or something.

Itachi, shisui and probably fugaku would had lived but other uchihas would had died.but Itachi and shisui are one of the smartest I'm sure they would had figured out something but you have to understand if Itachi had chosen uchiha than the show would had called Itachi Shippuden not Naruto Shippuden so writter had to do it this. Yes it does but they tend to overlook details like that for the sake of telling a good story. The same can be said about Obito dying to tsukuyomi even tho he controlled a perfect jinchiriki in a kotoamatsukami-like manner for like a decade.

@@danktank3607 It's a shame though, cause making sure the details are rightfully included makes an interesting story. The only person that was able to use Kotoamatsukami maybe only once a day was Danzo and that was due to the Hashirama cells within his body.

I really enjoyed the video, thank U for that. It would have been cool if we got to see Itachi more of a main character and protagonist instead of an antihero. But i do still like the plot we got for Itachi in Naruto now also,so that theory was pretty cool and could have changed the whole game,lol. Also side note would've loved to have seen Shisui explored more as a character, I thought he was pretty badass and a humble shinobi the time that he was alive and the 30 mins they gave him on the show.

CORRECTION: Shisui can only use Kotoamatsukami every 10 years. However, it can be used over a large area like a village. Edit: Kinda iffy on the fact about him being able to use it over an area. I've heard that somewhere long ago but now I can't seem to find the source for that fact.

There are technically 2 types but the only difference is one doesn’t cause strain because you got a second pair of mangeyeko sharingan added to your first pair & that is called Eternal Mangeyeko sharingan. You don’t get any new enhancements going from regular to eternal except that it doesn’t cause blindness or wear & tear. Everybody who’s uchia can unlock mangeyeko but every bodies power can be different. There all mangeyeko but they just have different abilities

Itachi did save the Uchiha. With the tensions brewing and the coup arising, the Uchiha would have been killed to the last man; Sasuke included. While the Uchiha were strong the overwhelming power of the other clans could have defeated. The Abarame and Hyuga could have done it themselves. By allowing Sasuke to live, and have a child the clan has been saved. Sadara is the legacy of the Uchiha.

Fax... people don't understand that uchiha's were about to die anyway because of Danzo. They think itachi wasn't smart enough the truth is he was the smartest. Danzo made uchiha's kinda evil so even if uchiha clan wins in the battle they will have less members because of the fight and than other village would had killed them by teaming up. Also people's thinks itachi is bad because he tortured sasuke a lot they forgets uchiha's gets stronger by strong emotion. actually Fugaku wasn't a fan of the coup either, but he had to go with the clan's wishes, or his own family would be endangered, not to mention, Fugaku knew it was a matter of time before the clan finds out about his own Mankegkyo Sharingan, and their willingness to kill him and steal his eyes, so they can control the Nine Tails, with him spearheading the revolt, by going with the clan, Fugaku hoped to minimize the bloodshed that would occur, and take the Konaha elders hostage, without killing them, while also making sure the Nine Tails is kept out of it.. also no, Shisui's eye can only be used once every 10 years, Itachi says this when Naruto asks why he burned the crow.

The uciha story it one of the coolest stories but how everyone now feels about itachi and how sasuke got redeemed at the end of Naruto it was a bit heavy handed to have him kill the entire clan. You can’t feel bad for a guy who allowed himself to be manipulated into doing away with men women and children who had nothing to do with the coup attempt. Maybe it’s because the writer didn’t know at the beginning he would have itachi be somewhat a double agent for the leaf.

the one aspect your forgetting is kotoamatsukami only work once per decade which is why itachi burnt crow along with shishui eye when he was free and is why danzo was hesitant to use on sasuke during their battle. the only itachi could spam it the way its being shown here is if he was a senju.
