HERE👏🏼ME👏🏼OUT👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 The two things people out here seem to never factor in is that it was all in very small window of time, possibly just a week. He showed up, Maddie went missing less than 24 hrs later, Jenn was shown a picture of her daughter with his, I presume shriveled thang, and the police at the time was accusing her of being a part of it. They were yelling at her and showing her a pic of her most likely dead daughter in a car. The amount of shock I would be in just from her missing let alone piling all that stuff onto the situation. I’m not sure how she could have processed a single thought. In that tiny window of time, every where she turned there was someone yelling at her or she was told another life changing piece of info. There is no effin way any human would be able to come to terms with the fact that the man who helped raise your daughter was actually molesting her in that amount of time let alone accept that he murdered her! At the time she made the ‘evil’ comment she was still in denial that he could have murdered her. She compartmentalized the abuse, set it off to the side so she could focus on finding her daughter because she could not accept that he was the one who killed her. Which is why she said to get him a lawyer, so that part could be dealt with, get him out of the picture and focus on find the daughter 2nd point, Maddie was asking to have the sleep overs too 😢 why would a mom have any second thoughts about a father figure doing anything nefarious to the kid who is begging to be with him? In hindsight, sure. I as a mom of a 14 yr old who has a stepfather since she was three, I would have more trust that she would tell me if something was happening let alone request to hang out with him. Likely Stockholm syndrome which would make it even more hard to see because as a mom, you could possibly watch them interact and think ‘look how good he is with her, I’m so glad she has that father figure in her life’ not, ‘they get along so well, I bet they are banging’ Lastly, I think they found out she was prego, knew they were caught and he planned a murder suicide. It got messed up when he didn’t get a gun from his parents house. I don’t think he ever planned on going back to the hotel. I was gonna off himself by her body.

I was placed on those drugs few years ago and my intestine almost burst due to constipation caused by them! Not only that the drugs were damaging my brain so much that I felt like an empty shell. I couldn’t think straight, my migraines were so bad that I would randomly faint. It was so bad I fainted and fell down a flight of stairs once. I also developed heart arrhythmia, hypertension, Bradycardia & SEIZURES! A person should NEVER be diagnosed with hypertension and bradycardia at the same time cause they are polar opposites! I had to spend weeks in the hospital under bunch of monitors cause they couldn’t figure out why my blood pressure was over 200 while my heart was beating 47 beats per minute. They thought I was gonna die. As for the seizures, I literally had a seizure in my kitchen, fell and cracked my head open against the marble island floor. Again got lucky somehow and didn’t bleed out before my sister found me more than 8 hours later. Mind you, I HAVE NEVER ABUSED ANY DRUGS, in fact I barely ever take the ones I’m prescribed. And I most definitely never abused adhd, anxiety or sleep meds yet this started randomly happening to me who was a grown adult! Just imagine how much damage these drugs are causing a CHILD!

She's just despicable period. She can't say that she ignored everything happening in her home cuz she has mental disabilities, she was on her medications her doctors prescribed her. She was a lazy, druggy (on marijuana, who knows what else) mother. She holds most of all the responsibility for what happened to her daughter. So does all the other adults in poor Madeline's life. They all failed her in the worst ways imaginable. They all only spoke negatively about that child, nothing positive. They all disgust me. Heartbreaking.

I know they're not the BEST, but I honestly wish SS's parents had been in her life more. At least his Mother. She's the only one who had positive things to say about Maddie and actually tried to tell JS it wasn't right for Maddie to sleep with them. Unfortunately, she didn't know it was even worse & Maddie was sleeping alone with SS. I don't doubt that she wouldn't have kept her mouth shut about how wrong that was. It definitely seems like JS kept that on the down low considering none of the roommates knew either.

I’ve tried and I am normally empathetic to a fault but I just can’t find empathy for this woman. She could not even manage to do the bare minimum. There is no drug fog that makes you think it’s ok to send your 13 year old daughter to bed with a 38 year old man. I don’t buy that her mental illness was crippling, if it was, she wouldn’t have been able to pay bills, drive a car, be a substitute teacher, etc etc. She as good as murdered her one precious child. And FFS she was only taking an antidepressant and an antihistamine. I have a chronic illness and have been RX’d A LOT of medicines. I don’t touch psych meds but I’ve definitely been RX’d hydroxizine for allergic reactions/itching and it has no different effects than a Benadryl. People who are hung up like there is a “drug issue” simply don’t know what they are talking about. Imagine trying to blame Benadryl. Same. 🤦‍♀️

Would you call it a crutch if she had cancer? People with mental health issues often get accused of this, and, while I'm not saying it never happens, I do think it probably happens less than most people imagine. It probably happens as frequently as a person with cancer uses cancer as an excuse. Mental health is health. Though I am sure it wasn't your intention, comments like this contribute to the stimatization of mental illness. Believe me, most folks with psychological disorders are NOT enjoying themselves. I'm not saying she doesn't use it as a crutch, but I haven't seen any direct evidence to support that. What I have seen is that she factors in her mental illness and her medications, and I think this is completely reasonable. These things DO contribute to how she lives her daily life, and, though it doesn't necessarily justify her incredibly poor choices, it undoubtedly played a part in her making them.

@@utopianeve I don’t say it as someone who is insensitive or even uneducated in mental health issues. I’ve personally suffered from depression, bipolar and anxiety since childhood due to trauma. I think that’s why I recognize that in my opinion she has been using it as a crutch and it was so severe in her case she transferred her issues to her daughter, assuming “we’re all the same “. For you to think announcing your "illnesses" as though it gives you a shield to compare and deem someone else's situation is wild to me. How dare you accuse someone of over-medicating their own child as if she was mixing essential oils and creating her own homeopathic bullshit cocktails like some moms still do! These were Dr. prescribed medications and from all accounts, it appears that she was regularly taken to her dr appts and heavily monitored for adjustments. The ONLY person who should be called out for anything to do with Maddie's medication is TITI the rent a stepmom who decided on her own to underdose Maddie. To the point, Maddie recognized the difference in herself.

And I think when Maddie was younger she allowed closeups taken when Maddie was sleeping to be taken and sold. That part she might have stopped as it became too risky. My son's father turned out to be a pedo. I never knew the entirety of my relationship with him. I found out about 4 years after our break up. I would have sworn he wasn't. If I hadn't talked to the detective on the case, I may have never known or believed it. My son to this day believes his father is innocent, even though he despises him for other reasons. I slept next to him for a few years and never detected anything like that.

The didn’t have kids thank god but so many people shunned her because ‘how did she not know!’ The other shocking part about working LE, a ‘search engine’ would report someone that appears to have downloaded something of a vile nature, sheriffs would go question them, one guy in particular worked in a nursing home, in black and white in his interview that he did download it, gave a weak ass reason and let him go back to work while they were investigating the case. But the part that gets me the most, every single time the perv lived in a house with a child, the law enforcement officer would file a report with social services and every time it would be listed as unfounded. My aunt has struggled with mental illness since her young adulthood. Her children were not safe with her and were shuffled arounf between their father's and my parent's homes. She now lives in a group home and had a case manager to handle her bills. Jenn Soto is not like my aunt.

Here's the full Woody Allen statement by JS: “I’ve always told him [SS] my biggest fear was that this would turn into a Woody Allen situation where the stepdaughter fall…uh, the dad grooms the child and the child then turns 18 and ends up running away with him." That means JS knew that SS was "grooming" Maddie for years!!! Where did SS r__p_ Maddie? Yes, it is believed he murdered her in (locked) Bedroom #4, but SS was placed in #4, and had to pay rent for it, for only 4-5 months, because SS and JS broke up. The prior 4.5 years of SA occurred outside of #4. We know from police reports that some of the SA photos that SS took were taken in Maddie's makeshift bedroom on the first floor. This was just feet away from JS's master bedroom on the first floor. JS told police she kept her bedroom door ajar, for the sake of her cats. Do you believe that 4.5 years of SA just outside of JS's bedroom was not noticed by JS? Although we know from the SA pics that SS was SAing Maddie since she was 8 (and murdered her at 13), there are two "missing years." SS and JS were together since Maddie was 6, but the police don't have SA pics before she was 8 in 2017. I believe that SS SA'd Maddie since she was 6, only he destroyed those pics. In those years he used a USB - SS's father found one and turned it into the police and it contained 35,000 pics of CSAM, but not of Maddie. That USB was no longer used after the year 2020. Were the SA pics on that USB drive downloaded from a PC that SS, JS and Maddie once shared? Luckily, SS the idiot from 2019 to 2024 backed up his SA pics of Maddie on Google Drive (instead of an easily disposable USB or sim card). We know that JS says she noticed nothing, but SS was still downloading his 35,000 CSAM pictures until the year 2000, after 3 years of the SS-JS relationship. JS never noticed her boyfriend's obsessive and constant CSAM hobby? Moreover, SS most likely downloaded the non-Maddie photos before 2020 on a PC shared by SS, JS and, sadly, Maddie too (there is a PC in Maddie's makeshift bedroom on the first floor at the time of her murder; Jen, to my knowledge, did not have a laptop). SS took the SA photos of Maddie starting at age 8 on his phone, and at some point started using a tripod, with no objection by JS - though amateur photographer SS never took pics on that tripod outside of JS's home - are you clued in yet, JS? When you invited Maddie from the age of 6 and SS into your bed, why would you risk contact between SS and Maddie and, as you told the police, always place Maddie in the middle? With a tripod downstairs in Maddie's makeshift bedroom, and, in Bedroom #4, a loaded (12 bullet magazine & another magazine in a bag on the table) Sig Sauer pistol [$600-$1000] , along with a bottle of mastur__ cream, and only one pillow, what more does DA Andrew Bain need? On March 1, after it was known that Maddie had been murdered, JS was interviewed. “During the interview, Jennifer Soto continuously protected Stephan Sterns, was questioned about why she prioritizes Stephan Sterns over (Madeline), and even at one point referred to the ‘sex stuff as not evil but the murder of (Madeline) as ‘evil,” the report says. But the SA of your daughter is evil, JS, and non-criminals know this. Florida statute 827.03 says that "neglect of a child" means "A caregiver’s failure to make a reasonable effort to protect a child from abuse, neglect, or exploitation by another person." The "neglect of a child may be based on repeated conduct or on a single incident or omission that results in, or could reasonably be expected to result in, serious physical or mental injury, or a substantial risk of death, to a child." Felony neglect of a child can be proved by a single "incident or omission" in Florida! DA Bain, what are you waiting for? Prosecutors don't need JS as a witness against SS, partly because a first-year lawyer would destroy her testimony because she lies constantly, and because JS will stick up for SS. Remember, after JS was shown photos of SS r_ping her child by police investigators, she wasn't shocked. Instead, she was calculating on SS's behalf. JS waited until a break, and then snuck a text to SS's father telling him to get SS a lawyer!! What efforts did JS make to protect Maddie from SA? Also, a single incident or omission did result in death. Florida law is extremely bad news for JS. Wake up prosecutors and do your job! I'm a retired lawyer and I cannot fathom why JS has not yet been charged with felony neglect of a child.

The immunity deal I really don't understand, they had everything they needed already and even if she had admitted to being involved or knowing then they couldn't charge her on it due to that immunity without finding "outside" evidence. They have let this woman get away with child neglect and endangerment. When this poor child was reported missing and was then found days later, murdered... I felt sorry for the mother and gave her the benefit of the doubt. However, as the weeks drew on and the details of Madeline's life emerged I came to realise that Jen Soto was complicit in the abuse simply by sending Madeline to sleep with her boyfriend. JS may have mental health issues but that does not impede the fact that it is NOT right in any way for ones daughter to share a bed with your boyfriend or even their own father at age 8 to 13. Jen Soto was shown the photo of poor Madeline performing a SX act on Sterns, she KNEW, in that moment, he was a vile excuse for a man, a low life, the scum of the Earth, a man who should have his member dismembered. Then there is the comment about Woody Allen situation....btch knew before Madeline was murdered what was happening. As a survivor of CSA I know the terror of being abused, being totally helpless and Jen Soto experienced that as an adult, yet there is no expression of horror from her when she finds out what was happening to Madeline. No, her first though is to protect the scumbag boyfriend! LE dropped the ball on this one because I believe she was involved and was paid handsomely for it. There's a big difference between a person on the internet and someone you let live with you & your daughter. We tell our kids not to trust anyone that might try to befriend them on the internet. We teach them that they can't accept that an internet stranger is actually who they present themselves to be, to their target demographic. Could she have been completely unaware of what was happening to Maddie, most likely while she was under the same roof? Sure, it's possible that a predator can groom the mom to get to her kid. It happens everyday. But, when you tell your boyfriend your biggest fear ìs it would turn into "A Woody Allen Situation," it's because she suspected something, down deep in her soul. As a mother, it was her job to start paying attention to their interactions and conversations, whether she was in the same room with them or not. But rather than taking action by temporarily stopping her meds so she can be present and make sure her daughter is safe, she chose to ignore her instincts and hope they wouldn't run off and leave her behind. Jenn hadn't worked for quite some time. She could probably skip her night meds and be okay like she did on Saturday. Instead, she didn't change a thing and took advantage of the fact that SS would encourage her to rest without worrying about Madeline, because she knew he'd take care of her so she could get some good sleep. I recently saw a KZbin video with Sheriff Judd where a human trafficking sting was done in Florida and 3 were Disney employees one married and one was a life guard for Disneys Art if Animation Resort and one that one was engaged to be married. 150 people were arrested and I found that there are over 35 Disney employees that have been arrested for CSAM and sacks things with kids age 14 and under. I don't care if she was "decieved", doesn't matter. She was the parent of Maddie it is her responsibility. HGHOST decieved people, and those people has NO responsibility for anything that came of it. Not analogous in the least. Those people who brought it to you were not "brave" they were just looking for justification in being fooled.

Well Jen was around SS for years, she had plenty of time to figure it out. People on the forum figured it out and exposed it, Jen decided it wasn’t it evil.

What I find really sad is that Madeline didn't have the confidence in her mother to tell her what was going on. I don't care what he was filling her head with, she should have been able to go to her mother with this or anything else.

Agreed! And I think this could largely be due to her mom's mental illness. Because Jen's illness was so predominant in their lives, Madeline likely saw her mother as mentally fragile, and she probably felt a responsibility to mitigate any additional stressors. I think this is probably common in children of parents with mood disorders, in particular.

Why would Maddie have to say anything to her mom she grew up thinking this is ok and we keep it here in the family we do not tell others. As Maddie was growing she started to know this was wrong and not want it to stop SS and JS were getting a little nervous ( especially if Maddie was with child) so sad !! I wish she could have lived with her Abuela or bio dad. Jenn you knew exactly what was going on I just pray you were not a participant, Maddie sorry this world was not right, but may you find eternal peace in Gods arm , for you were good,As for you Jenn you knew , yes you knew no denying that and other family members I am sure suspected something. I know for I am a survivor my abuse started at the age of 3 and I remember who knew but shhhh and mum was the word
