Honestly, Joeys focus on warrior type monsters and his habit of relying on luck based cards screams to me he'd be a classic Gold paladin user. Calling stuff randomly from deck and basically having to pray he gets what he needs sounds right up his alley, and there'd be a lot of counterparts for his monsters as well because of how GP was set up back then.

@@primevanguard I'd go for a combo between Liberator Gancelot and Holy shine dragon. basically stand-ins for Gilford and Red Eyes

I don't remember playing Joey playing dragons like that. Outside of a handful of dragons and lizard warrior cards I think Novas was a good pick

i always felt narakami because thats the clan that red eyes and flame swordsman felt like it could be from. olus with it essentualy being the weaker kagero it felt like it had potential and not the raw power.

@@alexrogall4543 I get that red eyes has the thunder dragon esthetic, but he's a fire breather, and flame swordsman is a literal flame swordsman. Where's the thunder? They fit kagero better

@carnivorousrose1694 well yes and knkw i feel kagero is more jack atlas or kaiba. Where as narakami is considered a weaker kagero. Honestly before really thinking about it neo nector was my though with their while gacha thing that had happening
