I think you are right about almost everything. Personally, I would change is the way Hinata fights. First, instead of utilizing the vanishing rasengan, she would incorporate that into the gentle fist rotation and become a walking human sized rasengan. Second, while she CAN use monster strength, and that would turn her twin lion fist into howitzers, she would instead focus on precision control. This would come as the water needles she used against the bee user (yes I know that’s filler) being more like arrows. It is also for that reason that I think her primary chakra release would be water instead of lightning, though she would probably pick it up like Sasuke did, from Kikashi. Her use of Byakugan would also make her an even better healer than Tsunade. And for Naruto himself, for the sake of the story, he is still late to the Kakuzu fight because, while it easier for him to get the Rasen-shuriken, this time he is trying to infuse wind and lighting at the same time for a raikiri rasen-shuriken.

for Naruto In this version, I think Naruto would be given the clan name of Hatake instead of Uzumaki, since he was still kept in the dark about his father being Minato (so he wouldn't be called Namikaze either). Given he was raised by Kakashi as his own son, it would make sense. for Boruto You included Sarada, but in this version, where Sasuke barely even knows that Sakura exists, I don't think they would be married, and thus there would be no Sarada. Sasuke had girls all over him everywhere but he was always uninterested in them, so I think it's safe to assume that he would have no kids. Or as a low-chance maybe, perhaps one from Karin.
