If madara was hokage , konoha wouldn’t be united so in the end you wouldn’t have cohesive units , every clan would be in their little corners. It doesn’t matter how strong madara is, wars are fought on many battlefronts. Konoha would eventually fall or crumble from within. I respect your take on the matter. I believe that Madara with progressing power and possession of the 9 tails is enough for a organized Nation to not Attempt to war against them . Because Madara wouldn't let a clan of his village get attacked by an outside threat (Stone, Cloud ,etc) he would retaliate and wipe the floor with whoever attempt an act of war against the Leaf. Even if clans of the leaf went rouge (similar to how Mist ninja went rouge during blood Mist era) Madara would be to powerful to be opposed. Even some clans will unify and follow Madara and basically "Get with the Program" of the new form of democracy for survival. Likely other NATIONS would submit to Madara and the Leaf. The Leaf would reshape morally and Their "Ninja Way" would alter, but Madara would still establish a POWERHOUSE. Who's going to stop him and a MACHINE (leaf village) behind him if Hashiram Is dead ?

How would he create a cohesive units to deploy onto battlefields and not expect them to backstab each other over grudges? Konoha was build on the will of fire and thats what maintained the village.you dont have the will of fire you dont have a village…its that simple. You saw it at the beginning of the 4th shinobi war before gaara gave the speech how shinobi were turning onto one another. Madara couldn’t even maintain his own clan , there is zero chance that he would lead a functional village.

Also you say that "if you don't have the wlll of fire, you don't have a village " and then you say I seen it during Gaaras speech during the 4th war but all those nations have different Wills that's applicable to their own Culture/Nations and have maintained themselves without the Will Of Fire (Stone Cloud,Mist and Sand) . It's not as "simple" as you say. The "Blood Mist" village had a totally opposite "Will" than the leaf will of fire. But the Mist Village was Still a Organized Militarized Nation(One of the 5 Great Nations) so that proves that you dont need the "Will Of Fire" to maintain a Nation . Also , it's not that Madara couldn't maintain his clan because as I said earlier Madara led his clan through warring states and formed alliances with other clans and taking mercenary jobs which is economic business to bring wealth and resources to his own clan . So he Maintained his clan for years as the leader . However, once Alligence was formed with the Senju, Madara had a certain ideology of ruling with the Iron Fist and the Uchiha didn't follow his ideals years after the village was established.

Theory Madara could have gotten the rinnegan a lot sooner I think after madara took the hashirama cells he didn’t mix the chakra with his own keeping them separate he didn’t want or need to use hashirama chakra until when he was old and was using the healing factor of the chakra to keep himself alive and then he awoken the rinnegan I think if you just mix it with your own chakra kinda like nature energy you can awaken the rinnegan in a very short time or maybe even instant

I think it's super optimistic to believe that the other villages wouldn't take issues with all the Jin force being Konoha shinobi/loyalists, especially with Madara having just used them to oppress the whole ninja world. Realistically Konoha would have to vow to never have a Jinchuriki on the Jin force in order for the other villages to have some peace of mind.

Here is a plot kishimoto hinted at in the zabuza arc that is worthy of a theory. Why was the village of the hidden mist so against kekkei genkai users? Even tho haku said that they were once revered then came to be seen as harbinger of destruction. Why would a nation turn against their best assets? We know that the water nation was plagued by endless civil wars but what could’ve been the cause for them to turn on every kekkei genkai users not just a specific clan? I believe in the past of the water country just after the 1st shinobi war, there was a gathering of kekkei genkai clans that tried to usurp the power from the daimyo then rule over the rest of the shinobi. I imagine this epic battle between some powerful yuuki clan member vs gengetsu. Cold vs heat/ ice vs steam. I find it interesting that all the second kages were there as bodyguards of the 1st kages at the 1st summit all but the mizukage whom eventually became the 3rd mizukage rather than the second like everyone else. Meaning after byakuren(first mizukage) gengetsu proved to be the most powerful shinobi in the water country thus he was chosen to be the second even tho normally that position should have been given to the third. In my theory gengetsu approached the daimyo then proposed to deal with the kekkei genkai rebellion to be given the title of the 2nd mizukage as a reward. So he gathered up the normal shinobi and they clashed with the rebels, where i imagine he capitalized on his vast area affect genjutsu to create illusions of vast shinobi army to confuse the enemy. Then he killed the ringleader and put an end to the rebellion thus the narrative that followed was against those of kekkei genkai and they were hunted and forced to live in hiding and hiding their abilities. So gengetsu was given the title of the 2nd mizukage to later die mutually with the second tsuchikage.

What if it was Fugaku and Kushina that ended up as reincarnations of Indra and Ashura? I have a theory: mitsukis sage mode isn’t 100% sage mode. It’s 50/50 between snake sage and tensegan chakara mode. This works because he’s a mix of orochimarus DNA and the otsotsuki from the moon(can’t remember the name) the colour is the same, no sage should have a chakara cloak while the tensegan does have a chakara cloak

I always thought Madara had more power than Hashirama and the main reason I thought this is because of a few key factors for one, Madara has far less chakra than Hashirama does and it's been stated and shown his wood release is a hard counter to tailed beasts and Madara was capable of actually fighting Kurama and controlling Kurama and at the very end of the fight even with Hashirama's advantages, the fight could've ended with either one of them winning, both were low on chakra (which just adds to the argument of Madara being more powerful) and Hashirama had visible injuries, meaning that Madara weakened him enough he could actually take damage and not heal immediately from it, I'd also like to add the fact it's possible Madara was beaten because Hashirama could've possibly made an army of wood clones, all that can use wood release and are far stronger than a simple shadow clone, not just in power but in durability since they're made out of wood and not going to pop into smoke if they're damaged, making it more difficult for someone like Madara who had to use a good bit of his chakra to even control Kurama for the beginning of their fight, I also had thought about it but I also had a theory about how Sasuke could bear a strong resemblance to Izuna and that's because Madara probably had a child before he left the village, and that child grew up and had Sasuke and Itachi's grandfather and Shisui's grandfather, their families could be directly linked and that would explain why everyone related to those three all happen to be as talented and strong as they are, and in canon it's only been shown that the family members from Sasuke and Itachi's side and Shisui's side all have awoken a Mangekyou Sharingan, and to make things even more solid it's probably the reason why they have some similarities in terms of what their abilities could be, the closer the bond, the more they bear a resemblance in abilities?

Hashirama had the same attitude as Naruto. You ever wondered why Naruto usually took more damage when fighting with Sasuke and more. Its because Hashirama and Naruto never went all out against Madara and Sasuke. So holding back would have you exhaust yourself and being hit full force by someone who is almost as powerful as you or almost able to hurt you does take it toll more and more you go on. So in all reality, if Naruto or Hashirama went all out trying to kill sasuke or madara both Madara and more would be dead.
