In this scenario Zetsu takes over Nagato after he's defeated by Naruto in the Pain Arc and uses the Rinne Tensei to bring Madara back much before the Naruto War Arc. Madara Uchiha would already have the two Rinnegan as Zetsu would just give it to him.
How would the Five Kage Summit go? Would Madara vs 5 Kage happen? Would be be able to capture the 9 tails and the 8 tails to summon the 10 tails? Could Marada cast the Infinite Tsukuyomi and win?

Three things: -Kabuto would definitively revive orochimaru and try to counter Madara, Madara will have to face against an army of Edo Tenseis which includes all the Hokages and possibly the 5 kages Madara just killed. -Very Likely Obito would interfere against Zetsu when he brings back the eyes to madara, it's safe to assume rinne rebirth would bring him back where his body was, which would likely be Obito's lab, I can imagine obito trying to takes the eyes for himself because he wanted to become the 10 tail jinchuuriki himself, forcing Madara to settle for stored sharingans in the lab or for regular white zetsu eyes. -Hagoromo would definitively interfere as soon as madara becomes the 10 tail jinchuuriki, I imagine he would give the Rinnegan to Sasuke and ask him to bring back naruto to life, who would get back a part of the Kyubi from Minato from point 1, madara has to face exactly the same situation as before in this scenario.

1. Rinnegan Madara would be able to beat every single edo tensei he was sent, he can either just rip out their souls using the human path or just seal them. Edo Madara was tied with Edo Hashirama, and Edo Hashirama said Alive blind Madara was stronger than him, Making him the strongest person on the battlefield. Also, why would Kabuto try to defeat MAdara, Kabuto has no real motive to stop MAdara, and he also had no interest in reviving Orochimaru meaning He wouldn't even get the first 4 Hokage. It's probably more likely Kabuto would do the opposite and join MAdara to take over the world. Making it way easier for Madara to win. 2. How would Obito possibly interfere with Madara getting the eyes, Blind Madara is stronger than orange mask Obito. And Obito was kinda forced to do whatever MAdara planned because of the cursed tag on his heart. Ignoring that, Madara has a perfect Susanoo that could just grab Zetsu and fly away. Then Madara himself thought he could defeat Jubito with some sage chakra from Hashirama, making him way stronger than Orange Mask Obito even if Madara was just overestimating himself. And this is if Obito realised the plan instantly and is in his lab Because if Obito didn't realise Madaras's plan, then he could get a Rinnegan and one limbo clone would be enough to make Obito useless, And Obito may not even be at the lab cause he is out talking to Sad NAruto. 3. Sasuke wouldn't be able to do anything to Juubidara, The only person that could defeat Jubidara would be Hagaromoo, who is dead. And How would he get the other half of Kuruma if it is stuck in the reaper's belly? And even if NAruto was revived, the battle would still go to MAdara, Cause NAruto would only have KCM2 cause you need to have all-tailed beasts to enter 6PSM, So its more Sasuke vs Juubidara and Madara would win. But let's give Naruto 6PSM just to see if they can win, Well in the manga they lost, And only defeated MAdara because of black Zetsu. So three points all debunked

You seem to not understand why Hagoromo appeared and why Naruto and Sasuke got those power-ups in the first place. There are a few conditions that need to be met. In Sasuke's case, he received chakra from Hashirama before going to attack Madara and getting stabed. This means that he had his Indra chakra mixed with Ashura chakra from Hashirama. And since he was stabed and on the brink of death, he awakened the Rinnegan. Remember that Madara only awakened the Rinnegan when he was close to dying. In Naruto's case, he got the chakra of all the tailed beasts transplanted into him. First, he got a little bit from each of those controlled by Obito (2 to 7 tails) and he got the rest (1 and 8) when Obito gave him the Yin half of Kurama. There is a possibility that being close to death was a prerequisite in his case as well. At any rate, Hagoromo only manifests when his power is recreated in one of these two ways. In Madara's case, both of these were met, which might be why Hahoromo was able to physically manifest out of Madara's cut lower half. So in Dygo's scenario, Hagoromo can't manifest for Naruto and Sasuke, thus no power-ups for them either. Obito would follow Madara's orders due to the curse seal on his heart. Also, Kabuto doesn't have any time to fight Madara. Everything after Madara revives and goes to the kage sumit, will happen in the span of a day, or two, at most. Madara would deal with everyone at the sumit in a few hours and get Kurama. Obito and Kisame would capture Bee very fast as well and bring him to Madara equally so, thanks to Kamui. So in two days max, Infinite Tsukuyomi would be cast and both Kabuto and Guy (since Dygo bothered to mention him) would not matter. Madara would certainly not want to waste any time in casting IT since he has been waiting a lifetime for it.

Madara being revived kinda opens up the possibility of Sasuke joining the Akatsuki. He has more than enough potential motivation to want the tsukiyomi or could simply view this as joining the only two remaining members of his clan who also are against the Leaf village. Assuming of course that either Obito wasn't involved in the massacre of the clan or that he doesn't know about it.

He knows "Madara" was involved with it, but seeing the revived real one he might be okay with the guy specially if he lets Sasuke see his family again His problem will be with Tobi, but revenge on Konoha comes first, if after that Sasuke wants to kill Obito I think Madara would welcome it so long Sasuke is strong enough to be a suitable replacement Obito after all killed Madara's clan(as much he'd want revenge on them himself) and took way too long to fulfill the Eye of the Moon plan and revive him, with Zetsu having to do the later so that the revived Madara could do the former, so Madara isnt exactly happy with Obito but he's not moving a finger to fulfill Sasuke's ambitions either

Actually the seal placed on Sasuke after the war is anime only, its impossible to seal the Rinnegan (probably, I mean they never said it explicitly). I mean you can seal the Byakugan and probably the base sharingan because they are around the same strength, but the rinnegan is just too strong

Madara still may have Hashirama cells when being revived this way, but saying he'll be stronger than his canon ADR counterpart is just speculation considering Kabuto was the one who enhanced Madara's body. What this exactly means is also speculation, but considering Madara checked his chest it can be interpreted that Kabuto gave enough of Hashirama DNA to Madara for Madara to grow a Hashirama head out of his body. Probably being what both reversed his aging and gave him Hashirama level wood style. So in all honesty if Madara was revived this way he'd be at most on par with his canon counterpart if not weaker. There's no way Madara would have enough Hashirama DNA in this scenario to regenerate as quickly either.

There's not much room for speculation on what Kabuto did to Madara's Edo. He essentially gave him a perfected version of the Hashirama cells implant and managed to use Edo Tensei in such a way as to revive him at a younger age. Him and Orochimaru kept experimenting with the cells and had results like Yamato and Danzo's implant. So Madara's implant was most likely the pinnacle of those experiments. The only speculation would be on what level of wood style did Madara's original implant give him. This Madara, compared to the canon one, would lack higher level of wood style, but also Hashirama's sage mode, since he wouldn't have Edo Hashirama to absorb it from, but that's it. Both of these don't matter as revived and with both rinnegan, he can make short work of anyone in this particular time frame.

But even if not, Madara, with both of his Rinnegan has 4 Limbo clones. Those can make short work of Guy, since he can't see, dodge nor harm them. They can hit Guy in the middle of his attacks and also act as shields for Madara. And if Madara also becomes the Jubi jinchuriki before the fight, then Guy stands absolutely no chance. This would be a nearly complete form, missing only the Yin half of Kurama. Not to mention that Madara, in the canon fight, didn't even bother to use Limbo against Guy, meaning he wasn't taking the fight seriously and just wanted to see the full extent of Guy's power.

@badiceanueduard Yes, in canon, he did not take the fight seriously, but that doesn't mean he wasn't surprised. He was being trustful when saying Guy almost killed him. He was only because of his Kabuto advanced Hashirama cells as well as being a S6P and being the 10 tails jinchuriki. Without all those regen and charkra/stamina buffs, he would have definitely died. So yes, if this hypothetical Madara reaches this complete form, Guy stands no chance even if Madara lets Guy hit him. However, this hypothetical ADR Madara, even with Limbo clones, just could not keep up with 8 gates Guy. Sure, he couldn't see them, but there's no way they get more than a couple of off guard hits in. Madara and his clones just don't have the reaction time for 8 gates. 7 gates, yeah, Guy is cooked with Limbo.

Also somehow jariya never taught Naruto what his element was yet kakashi could do that in the time it took hidan and kakuzu to hunt down a tail beast and a few bounty.

This Madara would be substantionally weaker than the one we saw as he wouldn't have the edo body that Kabuto prepared for him with zetsu and Hashirama cells plus no Sage Mode. Edo Madara stated that the cells Kabuto gave him made him react and move better, the body he had when he revived seemed to be a zetsu body as he could get a new arm out of nowhere like Obito and on top of that had extra Hashirama cells due to the Hashirama face in his chest, during Hagoromo's explaination we could see Madara's chest and he didn't have it then. So this version would be weaker yet more difficult to handle simply due to the limbo.

Madara in the War Arc only could absorb and seal all the beast at once into the Gedo Mazo so quickly BECAUSE they were not sealed away within their own respective Jinjuriki anymore. He didn't need to figure out how to break the seals of every single Jinjuriki one by one. And both Naruto and Bee were transformed - and Naruto's seal was severely weakened - at the point.

One major problem. Rinnie Tensei WOULD bring Madara back as an old man. The reason Madara came back in his prime in the War arc was because Kabuto modified his Edo Tensei body. He bragged about it to Madara. So if Nagato resurrected Madara at that point he would be old…and on death’s door.

I think the main problem with the Black Zetsu betrayal was how it's executed, having Obito stand behind him makes it look like he snuck up to Madara 🤪 It would have been far more believable and shocking if we saw a hand burst out of his belly, but as the camera turns we see nothing behind him... because Zetsu used Kamui to reenter the world INSIDE the airpocket of Madara's stomach to catch him off guard!

Madara could have returned at his prime due to the tampering of Kabuto to his body, maybe because of the tampering itself or because of having a lot of Hashirama body inside him. He was no normal Edo tensei. Evidence supports this, because when Madara was actually revived he was revived without his eyes. He was likely revived as an old man, but extremely rejuvenated due to the tampering. If such tampering was posterior to the Pain arc, then this Madara would be significantly weaker than Edo Madara.

Sorry, Dygo, but it wouldn't work like that. Obito was able to stab Juubidara just fine because he let his guard down. And Madara know Black Zetsu for much longer than he know Obito. He would deffinitively lower his guard too. Zetsu would be able to bring back Kaguya and she would turn humanity in an army of White Zetsus to fight the other Ohtsutsuki. That or she would produce a new God Tree to harvest a Chakra Fruit and become a goddess. Now, maybe Isshiki could try to stop her, but he was very weakened in the body of Jigen. Either way, one of the two would win and eat the Chakra Fruit, then probably become a being like Shibai.

If you say this 8th Gate Guy is as strong as when he used it in the war, then hell nah. 8GG demolishes ADR Madara. His Sekizo will just hit Madara in the gaps between the Limbo clones and rip him to shreds, and that's assuming Madara can move the Limbo clones fast enough to intercept Guy

There could be an argument made that Obito and Kisame would double cross Madara. Kisame and Obito apparently have a close relationship since the Blood Mist days, so Kisame would be willing to help his bro out since his bff Itachi is dead and gone. Obito might even set the stage for Kage level threats (like Guy and Sasuke) to appear before Madara, which could be the distraction Black Zetsu needs to successfully revive Kaguya.

I can also see Orochimaru, somehow trying to Edo Tensei Gai so he can potentially stay in the 8 gates forever, either after he presumably dies from fighting Madara, or simply they agree it's the only way to have Gai killed beforehand and then reanimated to he can have better chances to stop Madara. Ofc nobody would agree except, maybe, Gai, as his positivity would encourage him to accept this "deal" as a last resort seeing how all the kages have failed and they could not risk losing him due to the 8th gate death sentence without making sure Madara would be defeated by the time he would die anyway. Here comes another potential plot device, in case Tsunade would not die, having her summoning heal guy while he is in the 8th gates continuously to prevent him from dying as long as she can. If, presumably Gai would win, we could have Neji that would be alive let's say, to close his 8th gate

So basically if this was the REAL NARUTO TIMELINE, then it will be very similar or equivalent to DRAGON BALL Z TRUNKS REAL TIMELINE. Just like how all the Androids took over the World in DBZ, it would be Madara Uchiha this time. Now the only person that could have did something was either Might Guy (If they gave a him a 9th gate similar to what Naruto powerup fighting ishiki) and he wins. Now even if Guy did defeat Madara, in the future the OOTSUKIS (Goku Black DBZ) will still come and take over. Kishimoto would have to pull a Back To The Past timeline if they want someone to beat them lol. (Unless he get’s Rock Lee but he is the Derrick Rose of Anime so but still lol idk)
