It wouldn’t work like that. Sure you give them the point deduction and then they get relegated. They wouldn’t sell there players, absolutely horrible business. They would loan out there star players for a season. Then the following year come back as if nothing happened. Selling there players would result a bigger financial downplay to them. Besides they couldn’t sell all there players and then rebuy players due to the FFP. Loaning them out would be the only way for them for City to maintain the FFP and financial profitability. There’s more logic to this than people understand, sadly
