What If Madara had not placed the heart seal on Obito's heart, it would have likely altered Obito's character development and actions in the Naruto series. The heart seal would prevented Obito from taking his own life if he ever tries it, similar to the situation with Rin, so she used kakashi like obito dose later, and it also might have suppressed his empathy, faith, hope, and other positive emotions. This might have left Obito solely focused on completing the Eye of the Moon Plan and embodying Madara Uchiha's will until his eventual revival. Obito's eventual change of heart and redemption might have been different without the heart seal's influence. I find it weird only after its destroyed he gets talk no jutsued, thats just a theory though.

Ok the Naruto’s talk-no-jutsu totally backfired on him during their introduction of the genin group. He wouldn’t have competition for hokage if he didn’t use that particular jutsu. Tbh he really didn't need to. He easily won. Now he shoulda used it against Kurama and resealed it into kushina. THAT would have made much more sense. And not using the reaper death seal. I woulda had Naruto get the 9 tails later in life after he was already a shinobi, and kushina had already won him over in love, therefore granting Naruto a much better childhood and he'd be a prodigy with literally Minato & Kushina as parents lmao. Awesome vid my only issue is that Naruto should’ve bodied zetsu there was literally no reason minato had to swoop in and save him. Black zetsu is a non combatant whos maybe high jonin level in taijutsu and maybe low kage level with woodstyle. Naruto with sage mode and FTG one shots easily. I get minato needed to be occupied for story purposes but he literally could have been doing anything else

Here is another idea suggestion. What if naruto's teammates are Shikamaru and Tenten are on Team Kakashi. Then the story would go alternatively and then some characters and teams would swapped in the story. Sasuke, ino and Kiba are on kurenai's team, choji, sakura and Neji are on Asuma's team, Hinata, Lee and Shino are on Team Gai.
