I think the best execution if Monokuma does a final smash on another Monokuma: Enemy Monokuma gets thrown into the middle of the trial grounds and all the students from all 3 games are surrounding him. The “Counter” screen from the Scrum Debate triggers with all the students saying “This is our answer!” And they all shoot a truth bullet at him.

I think a better idea would to be to use The Ultimate Execution, the same one used on Junko Enoshima. It’s a sped up version, but it ends with the crusher, with Junko holding Monokuma, as they both get crushed to death, burying Monokuma.

If he was added in the game, I can imagine his reveal trailer to go something like this. At the beginning, everyone would be brawling as usual, but then all of a sudden, the screen would turn off like a TV, and then an image of Sonic KO'd would appear (which fits cause in Killing Harmony, Monokuma hates Sonic, and was even brought up in a Sonic Twitter Takeover). Mario, Link, Samus, Donkey Kong, Joker, King K Rool, Ness, and Ryu would all suddenly appear in a class trial, as a familiar voice can be heard echoing throughout the room. In which this voice tells the characters that one of them is guilty for KO'ing Sonic, only for Monokuma to show up out of nowhere to introduce himself, but then reveal that everyone is guilty for KO'ing Sonic, and then press his punishment button which would transition to his gameplay footage, where he would be beating up all 8 of the characters that are in the class trial, in which it would end with everyone being dragged away to their punishment. The trailer would end with Mario's hat, Link's sword, Joker's mask, K Rool's crown, Samus's helmet, a banana peel from Donkey Kong, Ness's bat, and Ryu's headband (don't ask how it flew off his head..) all remaining in the room with Monokuma still there. He softly chuckles to himself before revealing he was the one who KO'd Sonic by spinning a ring around his wrist, before he stops and laughs like a maniac. Edit: Yes the class trial and Monokuma's reveal would be animated by Spikechunsoft.

Small correction: iirc, Junko being the Ultimate Despair is a self-given title. She's actually the Ultimate Analyst, which is why she's a psychopath. She's able to predict everything and is never surprised by anything, so she's always bored. The only thing that brings her any feeling at all is when others suffer, because it gives her a small taste of what not knowing something would be like. Basically, she views herself as a god and that it's her job to sew despair in others because that's the only way she can feel anything. The Ultimate Fashionista thing is a total ruse to sneak into Hope's Peak Academy without raising suspicion.

Some Punishment times for some characters: Mario: Mario is in one of Bower's Castle, making his way through, getting Power ups, defeating and enemies. And eventually defeats Bowser. When Peach comes out of the cage, Mario is ready to be kissed on the nose, but Peach is actually Monokuma and before Mario is able to react. Monokuma pushes Mario into the lava. Pac-Man: Monokuma is playing the Pac-Man game, while playing, Pac Man eats a Power Pellet and starts going, as soon as Pac Man is about to eat a ghost, the Power Pellet runs out and he runs. He eventually gets cornered by all four aliens, and is touched by all four at once. It ends with Monokuma looking at the arcade and shaking his head. Inkling: Their in a turf war against an unexpected team, a team full of Monokuma's. The Inkling is about to win, but the four Monokumas surround and splat them. Inkling thinks they'll respawn, but a fifth Monokuma has destroyed the spawn point causing the Inkling to no longer respawn.

Joker (wildcard goose chase): monokuma will stuff joker into a monokuma costume and push him into his own palace where joker’s own gang will do a all out attack, after the monkuma head falls of the phantom thieves will be in shock before being stepped on by junko enoshima. Steve (failed patch note): Steve will be dropped into a forest at night where Steve runs into a cave where he mines a diamond revealing herobrine, Steve runs away to the cave exit which monokuma blocks off with bedrock, Steve turns around to see a herobrine with an army of creepers, Steve the digs straight down and falls into lava. Sonic (genacide treadmill zone): sonic is dropped into a room then looks around to see that it’s painted with building before one of the walls moves up and reveals spikes, the floor moves slow before getting to sonic’s speed, monokuma twist the valve filling the room with water causing sonic to slow down slowly leaving him being pushed into the wall spikes. Wario( golden storm): wario is sent to a field where it drops a couple of gold coins, he soon realized that it’s raining gold and grabs a bag, nor gold coins will shower and it start to become gold bars and wario is trying to run away From the rain, it will suddenly stop raining and then a golden monokuma statue will fall on wario. Villager(Aika’s flashback): villager will be sent to a room where is shows purple gas and villager sees Aika where the villager chases her through the village and to a bridge leading to water, Aika then fades away to a pair of shoes which then villager sees that his legs are tied to rocks, monokuma throws the villager into the water and sinks down. Monokuma(the ultimate truth): monokuma1 will be sent to the trail room from danganronpa v3, monokuma one will be surrounded by all the pictures of the executed characters from the Dangonronpa series as monokuma1 is tied to a chair, monokuma2 gets up from the judge chair and holds a gun against monokuma1’s back of the head, the debate stands will spin and stop monokuma2 will pull the trigger to reveal that there’s no bullet here as a debate stand floats up, this keeps going until the last stand toppled over and monokuma2 shoots monokuma1.

Alternatively, for the final smash, instead of hitting each character with their own final smash, he hits them with THEIR OWN final smash. Eg. Hits yoshi, stampede of momokumas, hits Bowser, a giant "giga" momokuma appears and releases a giant punch, hits k.rool, hits him with his own laser ex. It's at least a more, developer friendly option 😁

For Echos it will be when they were introduced, like Lucina in SM4SH and Dark Samus in Ultimate Mario-The burning flag: It would start with Mario completing a level and he reaches the top of the flag, but he was super glued to the top. Then Monokuma comes with a Koopa Mask and burns the flag. Donkey Kong-Circus Monkey: It would start with DK: Ot would start with DK strapped to a wall with those metal things you would see in spy movies that keep your hands still. He would have them on his arms and legs unable to move. And the audience of Monokumas Throw tomato’s bananas, and popcorn at DK. But then, Monokuma Comes up the stage with a bomb and places near DK. And he explodes. Link-The Wild: Link is stuck to a chair with no weapons in hand, and then Monokuma comes in a Lynal. The Lynal stabs him in the chest. Samus-Hunters End: Samus flying away from Monokuma, with a ship trying to kill Samus. Suddenly Samus gets ejected from her seat and is floating in space. And Monokuma Blasts her with a giant laser. Yoshi-The Pit Jump: Yeah you know what it is. Mariokuma is riding Yoshi and he falls into a pit, but! It’s the earths core Kirbo-Hammer Time: Monokuma puts the pink puffball in a room not even his sucks can move, and he then goes into this giant Dedede Robot outside of the box. He smashes Kirby, and keeps doing it over and over again. Fox-Star Ship Blast: Fox is running from Monokuma with a giant laser cannon coming for him. But then Monkuna jumps into a Starship and blasts Fox with a deadly laser. Pikachu-Pokéball fun ride: It would start with Monokuma with a Red hat throwing a Pokéball at Pikachu. He would then open his own stomach showing robotic parts. He puts the Pokéball inside and then he shakes around like a washing machine. And he stops. He opens his stomach. And the Pokéball opens. Nothing is inside. Luigi-Luigibusters: It would start with Luigi being tied to a chair in a room with many monitors. And they all turn on. They are all of the executions of the original games. He gets so scared he died from shock. But his ghost is sucked up by a Luigikuma. Ness-Mind Blown: It would start with Ness being hypnotized by Monokuma. He hypnotized him to have his brain fry and melt inside his skull. Killing Ness in cold blood. Captain Falcon-Car Crash: It would start with Captain Falcon in a race. Tied to his car chair. The gas button having a brick on it. And Monokuma right next to him pushes him off the track. Jigglypuff-Too Puffed: It would start with Monokuma putting a bicycle pump inside jigglypuffs mouth. And pumping and pumping and pumping! Making Jigglypuff pop. Peach-The Princess is in another Dungeon: It starts with Peach in a cage in Bowsers Castle. Mariokuma comes in and instead of opening the cage he melts the chain the cage is hanging on. Melting Peach in lava Bowser-The good, the bad, and the melted: Mariokuma just jumps on an axe to lead Bowser to lava. You were expecting this Ice Climbers-Separated... Permanently: The Ice Climbers are cloning up an ice mountain trying to get an eggplant but Monokuma throws a bomb to the duo and they fall down Shiek-Strumbed: It has Monokuma strumming a harp with Shiek as one of the strings. He strums and strums and strums. Zelda-The Princess is in another Dungeon Chapter II: It will have Zelda locked in a room with Monodorf with her. He jumps out the window with a torch. He lights the castle on fire Dr Mario-Overdoes: It will have a similar execution to the Tetris part of Chiakis execution. It will be like Dr Mario instead of Tetris blocks. Pichu-Deep Fried Pichu: Pichu is in a laboratory and strapped to a chhai by metal bars. He is forced electrecute himself for a minute straight. After the time is done, he is freed from the chair, serverly damaged and the lab exit opens. He crawls to the exit, smiling while tears run down his face. Monokuma uses a the built up electricity and uses it on Pichu. The Laboratory seemed to be electrocuted. (Its supposed to be similar to the London Bridge is falling down): It will have Meta Knight in the Halberd flying to the stage (This will be one of the few executions that changed depending on the stage. And if the stage is Halberd, instead it will just have the ship above some clouds.) And then Kirbokuma comes in on the Despair Star. Then Kirbokuma crashes into the ship making it explode. Meta Knight escapes but is badly hurt. He crashes into Dream Land, and Kirbokuma comes behind him and sucks him up. He dumps him at a trash dump. But a giant door opens up and it turns out to be an incinerator! Wario falls to his demise. Snake-Not so stealthy after all?: So Snake is on a mission, he hides in a box when he sees some Soldier Monokuma Units (Yes this isn't an of brand Nintendo character this time, its an actual canon Monokuma unit) He hides in the box, but when of the Soldierkumas looks at the box and is suspicious. He lifts up the box and finds T H I C C boi. Then a bunch of Soldierkuma shoot snake, then one throws a grenade and blows everyone up. Ike-???: For most of the Fire Emblem characters, ill just leave my replies to decide, im not good with Fire Emblem. Pokémon Trainer: It will have the trainer fight Mewkuma. He first sends out Squirtle and uses water gun, it has no effect. Mewkuma knocks him out. Then he sends out Ivysaur, he uses vine whip, it does a little damage, but not enough to make him flinch. And then he sends out Charizard, he uses flamethrower. But instead of hitting Charizard, Mewkuma dodges. And knocks both Charizard, and Pokémon Trainer out. Actually, as a bonus, if you have the Pokémon you first sent out never changes for 2 minutes, the executions will just be for the Pokémon! If you change Pokémon, this cant happen. Squirtle-Reds Pokémon is a water type, and its totally weak against fire types!: Soooooo, Pokemon Trainer sends out Squirtle to fight Moltrekuma. He uses tackle, it does barely anything. Moltrekuma uses fire blast against Pokemon Trainer and Suirtle, turning them into ash (Not the anime Protagonist) and turtle soup respectivly. Ivysaur-Pollution: So an Team Monokuma with Monojess and Jamekuma come with an Ekakuma and a Koffkuma. Koffkuma uses toxic on Ivysaur and Ekakuma uses poison fangs (I am aware that Ivysaur is poison type, I just couldn't think of anything else), and Pokémon Trainer and Ivysaur both faint. Charizard-No light: So just a Blastkuma uses Hydro Pump on Charizard and Pokémon Trainer and Charizard. Pokémon Trainer gets blasted out of the room and Charizard tail flame, has died out. Diddy Kong-I'm just "Monkeying" around!: So King K Kuma keeps stealing Diddy's bananas, and Diddy starves. Lucas-Family Reunion: Lucas re-witnesses his family's death (Monokuma being the one killing them) and trys to kill Monokuma, but dies the same way Claus did (If he died) *Made by WaddleBoi* Sonic-There can only be one round boi in this here town: So, Sonic finds a Ball Monokuma unit standing out in the open, it tells Sonic that he is the superior round character, Sonic doesn't believe him. So they look it up and they see how much love Ballkuma is getting compared to Sonic, he realizes that most of his attention was from hate. Sonic faints, then Ball Monokuma stuffs a bunch of Chili dogs in his mouth. King Dedede-Stuffed: So King Dedede is having a bunch of Waddle Kumas feeding him food. They give him more food, and more food, and more food... and more and more food. Dedede gets stuffed and the Waddle Kumas push him of a cliff. Olimar-Abandoned: Soooo, Olimar is running to his space ship to escape the planet. But Monokuma comes along and runs into the Spaceship before him, and they enemies from Pikman eat Olimar alive. Lucario-Too damaged: This will have Lucario be attacked by some Monomiis, Lucario doesn't care because he will get more powerful, but he cant get out of the attack when he was ready, then A Monomii smash attacks Lucario. I just thought of a paradox... What if Monokuma used his final Smash...on HIMSELF? My idea: PUNISHMENT TURNAROUND It starts with Monokuma getting chained up with his own metal chain, only to look on his neck, confused. Looking at who sent it, they will find to their complete horror that it wasn’t another fellow Monokuma who did the deed, but Monomi, holding on her other hand her wand, taped back together, turning into Usami. The chain reels back in Monokuma, and as he’s pulled off camera, he would reveal a equally stunned Junko, confused as to why Usami is here, not planning for that. She would also get pulled in with another metal chain dragging her in. What follows is a cloud of dust smoke brawl with Usami beating up both Monokuma and Junko, before they smoke clears as a rainbow tied the two up. Tapping her wand on the ground, the rainbows explode in a colorful cascade as Usami vanishes in colorful hearts.

Idea for Monokuma executing ANOTHER Monokuma: Monokuma would be in a factory where copies of himself are mass produced. And they all trembling in fear as they are staring at a crowd of people. This crowd consists entirely of EVERY SINGLE DANGONRAPA CHARACTER IN THE ENTIRE SERIES (except Junko Enoshima). Every one of them is brandishing a weapon and have one thing on their minds... REVENGE! With no rules to protect him from his own punishment, Monokuma and all his duplicates are brutally assaulted by the crowd of vengeful prodigies. The display ends with that robot guy from V3 unleashing a laser blast that annihilates the complex entirely.

Monokuma Final Smash Ideas: Mario (Game Over): Mario falls into a pit, held by Monokuma's chain. Suddenly, he is hit by a variety of powerups he's used to eliminate foes in his games. I'm talking flamethrowers, rabid raccoons, an industrial strength pressure washer, and a drill. It all ends with Monokuma crushing mario with a drastically oversized foot. Inkling (Deep Sea Exhibit): The inkling gets locked in an empty glass container, like you'd see in an aquarium. Suddenly, it starts to fll with water (which is dangerous for inklings) and piranhas. The piranhas swim around the inking, and the cage is dyed the color of their ink. Joker (All-Out-Attack): Get's hit by Monokuma's All-Out-Attack. Monokuma is assisted by Junko, Monaca, and a random Monokub. The end would say 'Succumb to Despair' because yes. Banjo & Kazooie (Bad Ending): Remember the Game Over screen from the original Banjo-Kazooie? Yeah, its that but with the bear and the bird being forced to watch. Then, the duo get electrocuted, we don't get to see their fates.

I'm Bored: Captain Falcon (Speed Demon): Captain Falcon is strapped to the front of the Blue Falcon, and Monokuma is driving. Monokuma speeds up drastically on a stage from F-Zero. Suddenly, Monokuma steers headfirst into a wall, having a dramatic crashing sequence. Falcon lives, but is quickly blown up by Monokuma's self-destruct sequence. Luigi (Patron of the Arts): Luigi is held in place by two boos, being watched by Monokuma and King Boo. Monokuma procures a painting, which King Boo traps Luigi in. Monokuma then grabs the painting, breaks it in half, then throws the remains in a conveniently placed woodchipper. Mewtwo (Experiment Failed): Mewtwo is trapped in a burning pokemon lab. They attempt to escape their confines (the type of thing in sci-fi that clones are kept in), but have no luck. Mewtwo tries to escape with all his might, eventually breaking free. This accomplishment is short lived, as Mewtwo is crushed by an airborne truck.

He tried to pull it, and his hearts drain. He’s about to pull it, but monokuma pushes it downwards and link dies since he couldn’t pull the master sword. Ultimate thief: jokers execution: The phantom thieves still can’t drive: joker is escaping from a place that looks like saes palace. Monokuma guards are chasing him. He hops in the morgana car and starts to drive away. Suddenly, it’s revealed that the car was a monokuma car, and drives joker off a cliff to his death Ultimate doctor: dr. Mario’s execution: Let the medicine go down: dr Mario is thrown on an operating table, and Monokuma starts to shove explosives disguised as pills down dr Mario’s throat. More and more and more. Monokuma pours a bit of gasoline in a spoon. He drops it down dr. Mario’s throat and he explodes. A paper flies by showing both dr Mario and dr Monokuma as fake doctors. Ultimate Runner: Sonics execution: road race: sonic and Monokuma get ready for a race. Sonic speeds a head. The ground behind him starts to fall, but sonic is able to stay a front. Suddenly, chili dogs start to fly by, but sonic stays focused, but is visually distressed. Flickeys start to fly by into the abyss. Sonic keeps running, but starts crying. He wants to stop, by he cant. Sonic is at maximum speed. The ground is falling fast. Suddenly, tails is thrown back into the abyss. Sonic jumps back to save him, but it’s revealed as another Monokuma dressed as tails. Sonic falls down into the abyss and is skewered by spikes. At the end, a small Monokuma in a traditional runners outfit (sweat rag, tank top, sneakers) passes through the finish line. He is sweating and sits down to a bottle of water Ultimate mountaineers: the ice climbers execution: one shall prevail: the ice climbers are put at the foot of a mountain. Both are wearing collars that will explode if they don’t reach the top. They start to scale the mountain. They are progressing, but a Monokuma kicks a pebble that causes an avalanche. They use their rope to get out (up B), but it wraps around the top pole. Both of them are hanging there. In order to proceed, one would need to fall. Popo gets a sadistic look and throws his hammer at nana, knocking her down the mountain. With despair in his eyes, popo tries to grab the flag pole, but suddenly, nanas collar explodes and sends popo down. At the end, a Monokuma walks up and places a flag with Monokuma’s face on it at the top of the mountain. (This was very heavily based off the ultimate idol sisters execution from the fan-game another super danganronpa 2. I highly recommend you check it out if you want a better explanation on how it works) Ultimate fighting robot: mega mans execution: painful tune up: monokuma, dressed as Dr. wiley, straps mega man to an operation table. He plugs a cord into mega mans head. Monokuma looks to a computer that say “downloading pain.EXE”. The file installs and monokuma forcefully rips of mega mans buster. He cries out in agony as monokuma begins to blast him with his collection of robot master abilities. Metal gear, crash bomber, hard knuckle, etc. finally, he grabs a pair of pliers and rips off mega mans face plate, revealing robotic innards. His final act is shoving a cable into his face, with the screen saying “DESPAIR.EXE”. Mega man shuts down

Monokuma's Classic Mode: "Smash Trial" Each round is a three-way Stamina match, but one opponent spawns in with only 1 HP, and they're spawned in really close to the other opponent. Their murd-- uh, KO is inevitable, and Monokuma must then punish the blackened. Or KO them both for fun. Also, each opponent and victim can qualify as an Ultimate, such as Sonic being the Ultimate Speedster. And if an opponent is "the blackened", they will be in their darkest alternate colour.

Now we need a moveset for the students! For example: Side tilt: Shoots a round from a megaphone, just like in Ultra Despair Girls. Up tilt: Lobs a question mark in an arch forward, just like what happens when you interacted with an object in Trigger Happy Havoc. Down tilt: A quick slide kick on a surfboard, referencing the logic wave minigame from Goodbye Despair. Side Smash: Based on the Psycho Taxi mini game. The taxi comes in and smashes opponents offscreen. Up Smash: Based on Hangman’s Gambit. As you charge it, more letters will fill the blocks. Once all letters are revealed, the Smash will be at its strongest. Down Smash: Based on Argument Armament. Hits to the left, hits to the right, then hits on both sides in a rhythmic fashion. Tap Neutral B: Silencer. A puff of air that deals minimal damage like Megaman’s jab. Press Neutral B: Truth Bullet. An average moving snipe attack that deals a decent amount of damage and knockback. Hold Neutral B: Lie Bullet. This is a fast moving snipe attack that acts like a nerfed version of Link’s final smash. It will have a lot of start up, but the same end lag as the Truth Bullet. Side B: Truth Blade. A slower version of Marth’s dancing blade. If you hit the opponent with the sword enough, they’ll start to glow yellow. If you hit them with the Truth Blade, it’ll deal extra damage and knockback. Up B: Based on Split Decision. The student will hop on the class trial podium and float upward. As the float upward, 6 slow moving rockets will fire in the direction that the podium is facing. Down B: Mass Panic Debate. The student will summon chains that will disable opponents for 3-8 seconds based on damage. While chained, you won’t be able to deal any damage to your opponent except with your silencer move, which will deal extra damage. After enough silencer hits, the opponent will glow gold. At that moment, hit them with a Truth Bullet to send them flying! Final Smash: Voting Time! A podium will pop up from the ground. If an opponent is hit, the camera will zoom into the screen and see the student voting for the opponent they hit. It’ll then zoom in on Monokuma choosing the opponent as the blackened, and instead of a punishment, the Exisals will deal a group explosion to the opponent. This will automatically KO anyone over 100%. As far as which student, we could have a Hero situation. The default could be Makoto Naegi, followed by Hajime Hinata, then Shuichi Saihara, and ending with Kaede Akamatsu.

EDIT: In hindsight, there is someone who he used an execution on that didn't suit his talent at all. Remember Blast Off? He could just use that! It's not even very spoilery, you see it at the beginning of the first game! Realistically, Monokuma would probably give the execution he's just trying to get someone out of his way: After-School Lesson. Though maybe the chalkboard would be specially suited to all fighters? And surely it'd have that signature Danganronpa execution style. Even if it's just a filter put on the character's 3D models, along with flattening them like with Game & Watch. But I've seen some people trying to give executions to all the fighters, so I'll try my metaphorical hand at that! Though I deleted a lot of ones I couldn't figure out because KZbin comments have limited room. Mario: A Goomba who's so big that even Mario can't defeat them? An invisible block trap... too short. Maybe Monokuma taking over the galaxy, or even Monokuma fusing with a mind-controlled Luigi? D.K.: He's up on the scaffolds of a building, only for it to fall under him thanks to Monokuma's tampering, and he lands on his head! Samus: It's that escape sequence from that one Metroid game, but the door is just a fake, drawn on with crayon by Monokuma, trapping Samus on the exploding planet. Kirby: Monokuma takes Kirby's cake and eats it. Kirby is so emotionally hurt that he gains % and is knocked out if over 100% as per usual. Peach: Monokuma chops the axe down to save her, only to knock her cage into the lava too! Though this might be violent, maybe he just hires Wart to haunt her nightmares. Daisy: Monokuma drives Tatanga's spaceship and abducts Daisy, enacting the original Blast Off! execution with a different ship. Bowser: The concept BJ gave, though maybe Monokuma would go to the extreme, and do something to Bowser as he burns, like throwing fireballs at him, or kicking a Koopa shell. Ice Climbers: They're climbing up a mountain, only to find that Monokuma already took their pteradactyl, and is attacking them with an aerial assault! Dr. Mario: Monokuma infects the floor with a giant needle, and a bunch of giant viruses sprout out, going straight for Dr. Mario via Monokuma's command! Pichu: Monokuma confronts Pichu head-on, but dodges all of Pichu's attacks, making them rack up damage on themself for trying to hurt Monokuma. Young Link: What BJ said, and maybe Monokuma would wear the Majora's Mask, only to be unaffected since he's a robotic mascot, revealed by him removing the mask and laughing as the moon closes in? Ganondorf: Monokuma throws a Cuckoo at an attack from Ganondorf. Mewtwo: Monokuma catches them in a Nest Ball, only to break the ball with Mewtwo inside. Mr. Game & Watch: As Mr. Game & Watch is an original Smash fighter originating in Super Smash Bros. Melee, how about Monokuma becomes Giga Monokuma and beats him up? Meta Knight: Monokuma crashes the Halberd after grafitiing all over it with Meta Knight's true face, with a bit of Monokuma flair. As Meta Knight tries to stop the crash, Monokuma takes Meta Knight's mask, making his true face visible in Smash Bros! Pit: Monokuma joins up with Hades and they insult Pit. That's all. Dark Pit: Monokuma taunts Dark Pit a bunch by putting him in a baby chair and giving him a pacifier and such, all in Skyworld. Dark Pit gets angry and charges at Monokuma in the chair, only for Monokuma to dodge, leading Dark Pit to plummet like the fallen angel he is. Wario: Monokuma takes his money, only for Wario to take the bag back. Monokuma chuckles towards the camera as Wario runs off in the background, exploding because of the fake money. Pokemon Trainer: Monokuma does a cinematic Triple Finish with the rival types, Bulbasaur, Charmeleon, and Blastoise. Alternatively, Monokuma fights the 3 Pokemon with his Magikarp, Rattata, and Metapod, who are severely overleveled and defeat the Pokemon Trainer, perhaps through means of Dynamax, Z-Move, or Gimmick in Magikarp and Rattata's case. Another alternative is that he uses a Pokemon who uses a bunch of buffs and baton passes to a Magikarp, Rattata, or Metapod. Other "weak" Pokemon apply. Diddy Kong: Monokuma shoots Diddy with the Subspace blaster thing. Diddy expects DK to punch him out of the way, as he hears him behind him, but as Diddy is blasted, he falls back and sees that the Donkey Kong he thought was there was a bunch of metal objects stacked up to be his shadow, with a tape player playing the sound of the punch winding up. Lucas: Monokuma dresses up as the Masked Man, who Lucas refuses to fight, leading Monokuma to do tremendous damage. Alternatively, Monokuma rides the Ultimate Chimera towards Lucas, and you can guess the rest. Sonic: Monokuma and Eggman team up (Eggman has canonically agreed to Monokuma's anger against Sonic, and Monokuma's anger against Sonic is a reference to a classic Sonic cartoon. Though I can't find if anything like this holds true in the Japanese version?) and trap Sonic in the Labyrinth Zone, left with the drowning music. King Dedede: Monokuma scarfs down a huge bunch of food in the middle of Dedede's arena, only to puff up like Kirby does, taking the castle on a joyride as a hot air balloon and dumping Dedede out into the ocean. Or maybe he beats Dedede up with a Parasol in his own ring, launching him far away like in Kirby Superstar. Lucario: Monokuma sends out a Zygrade, whose Aura Break ability in combination with a supereffective signature ground type attack would rektz Lucario. R.O.B.: Monokuma picks him up toy-sized in a child's room with a typicaly child's apparel, and messes with him like a young child would, ultimately ending in R.O.B. being thrown out the window. Alternatively, Monokuma traps R.O.B. in one of those subspace bombs. He waves from him from the other side after faking being trapped too, and then runs off, leaving R.O.B. in the explosion. Wolf: Monokuma gets buff and apprehends Wolf as Slippy Toad runs up, slipping before getting back up again, and fires a blast at Wolf up-close after messing up a cheesy line. Villager: Monokuma vandalizes Villager's town until it has a rating of 1. A bunch of Raffelsia grow around Villager, causing them to sink below the flowers like drowning in lava. Or wasps. Mega Man: Monokuma traps Mega Man in a room with an impending threat and a button that will let Mega Man escape, but Monokuma has a Met's helmet and has submerged right in front of the button, leaving Mega Man helpless. Wii Fit Trainer: Monokuma straps the trainer down to a couch, forcing them to watch a non-violent excerpt of a killing game or especially of Monokuma's Movie with potato chips being fed to them. Rosalina and Luma: Monokuma dramatically drives the Comet Observatory into a big Monokuma planet that opens its mouth and consumes the Observatory. Little Mac: Monokuma gets a squirt bottle and pushes Little Mac off of a Final Destination version of the stage with a windbox. This still just results in the usual damage and such, though, and is a cutscene. Palutena: Pit's, except Monokuma is Big Bang Monokuma, and the two of them punch Palutena down. Pac-Man: Pac-Man is running through a maze, eating pellets, only for a power-pellet-fueled Monoku-Man to catch Pac-Man turning around from Blinky, eating him. Bowser Jr.: Monokuma stomps Bowser Jr., waits on him to stop hiding in his shell, and repeats twice, in reference to how easy Bowser Jr. is to fight in New Super Mario Bros. The Koopalings spin in place for a bit. Duck Hunt Duo: Monokuma fails to hit all of the ducks, and hits the dog with the zapper as they laugh with the duck on their back, breaking the arcade machine after making the Duck Hunt Duo seemingly get electrocuted. Ryu and Ken: Monokuma can do what he did with Wolf except it's Ken from Animal Crossing and Ryu from Hayabusa. Bayonetta: Humidity. Inkling: Strapped to a chair as Monokuma in a maid outfit (Kirumi's?) walks over with a cup of water for them, only to "accidentally" spill it on them. Ridley: Monokuma tries to trap Ridley in a cage, but Ridley is too big. So Monokuma fires a big beam at Ridley instead, which he fails to dodge because of his size. Isabelle: It's Villager's except Isabelle is fired by Tom Nook out of concern for the village. Or Villager's first one. Incineroar: Monokuma throws a Wynaut into the ring. Incineroar uses cross chop on Wynaut, only to be countered. Piranha Plant: Piranha Plant emerges from a pipe in the classic 1-1, only for a pixellated Monokuma to throw a single fireball at them, turning them into a coin which Monokuma then collects. Banjo & Kazooie: Monokuma runs them over with a goofy-looking custom car from Nuts and Bolts that hardly even works. Min Min: A big Monokuma is eating a bowl of noodles that Min Min is entangled in. The Smash ends as Monokuma slowly takes his fork to Min Min, because this isn't an actual execution. The hurtage is implied. Minecraft: Monokuma builds the Wither, but with Monokuma heads. Just the explosion from the spawning of the Witherkuma launches Steve. Miis: All Smash-Original fighters from Smash 4 3DS & Wii U, Monokuma uses the Master Core for this. He rides the Master Beast and tramples over Mii Brawler, takes the Master Blades and rapidly slashes up Mii Swordfighter, and, left with no fitting alternative, Mii Gunner is hit by a ranged attack from the Master Giant.

Roy: Second Scouring: Idunnkuma, an Exisal in the form of the Demon Dragon, escapes from her prison in the mountains of Bern and terrorizes Elibe before stopping in front of Roy and crushing him with her claw. Chrom: Goddess Forsaken: Chrom attempts the Awakening in order to defeat the rampaging Grimakuma, but it fails, and Chrom is thrown into an abyss by one of Grimakuma's wings. Ike: The Warring Goddesses: Monokuma snatches Lehran's Medallion from Ike's dying sister Mist and unleashes the Chaos Goddess Yune, who unknowingly drives Ike into a berserker rage. This awakens Ashera, Goddess of Order, who responds by turning Ike to stone. Robin: Fell Vessel Reborn Robin is subjected to the despair-inducing presence of the Darksphere and in so doing is slowly transformed into Grima, at which point Chrom is forced to stab them through the heart with Falchion. Corrin: Final Fatal Revelation: Corrin is sucked into the alternate dimension of Valla where they watch their Nohrian and Hoshidan siblings succumb to the will of Anonkuma, an Exisal in the form of Corrin's dragon father Anonkos. Azura is the last to bow down and the nine of them all rush Corrin at once as they accept their fate. Byleth: Time Marches On: Byleth is in battle and attempting to use Divine Pulse to save one of their students, but they realize they have spent all their charges of the ability. As the student is cut down Byleth, engulfed by despair, commits to one last desperate charge. This fails, and Byleth, too, falls.

Final Smashes for all of the character (will get updated) Mario: Mario runs as the screen is dark zooming in on him, he is chased by a hoard of Monokumas, he reaches a cliff with a high and far away platform, suddenly a Yoshi egg appears, sweating, Mario Mario gets onto the Yoshi and jumps off the ledge and jumps off Yoshi, as he’s about to reach the ledge, Monokuma appears and jumps off Mario, sending Mario to his death DK: It starts as the classic Donkey Kong, DK is throwing down barrels at Jump Man, who doges them, suddenly Jump Man gets a hammer item and it turns to 3D graphics (showing the first official 3d render of Jump Man) he smashes the barrels and Ball Monokumas are inside, they rush up and swarm DK and he dies (like Funky he’s dead) Link: Link is walking in a field when he suddenly hears something, “Hi Zelda” a swarm of Monokumas dressed as Ganondorf appear and harass link saying “Hi Zelda” Link tries to run but they pursue him, it ends with Link being trampled by the Monokumas Samus: It’s the end of Metroid on the NES but in Switch graphics, Samus takes her helmet off to reveal she’s female, but suddenly, a massive Monokuma dressed as Ridley appears and blasts Samus to destruction CHECK COMMENTS FOR MORE Dark Samus: It’s the end of Metroid Prime 2, and Dark Samus has one, they start to float away until the hear “upupupupupup” they turn around, Monokumas dressed as Samus and Mega Blasts Dark Samus, ANIME STYLE Yoshi: Yoshi finds a lumpy sack moving, he puts it on his back and starts walking, a Shy-Guy appears and attacks Yoshi, so the sack flies, Kamek’s minions come to get the sack whose content is revealed to be a Monokuma dressed as Baby Mario, Kamek appears and Kamek, his minions and the Shy-Guy take off there masks and are revealed to be more Monokumas, they attack Yoshi with PlayStation Magic Bubble Missiles until he explodes, they all fly away Kirby: Kirby is at the end of a table, on the other end is a Monokuma who is dressed as Escargoon (yes i know) the table has a bunch of food on, including a watermelon that is a painted Bal Monokuma that is also a bomb, Kirby inhales all the food and then 3 2 1 Kirby goes boom Fox: He’s flying with his squadron in deep space, when he gets a command, “DO A BARREL ROLL” he does ad so does his squadron, they continue into Fox gets all dizzy and his eyes turn into spirals, all off his squadron smash into each over and explode Pikachu: It’s the Subspace Emissary, Pikachu is trapped in the electric tank, usually Samus saves them, but not today, Monokuma dressed as Zero-Suit appears and watches Pikachu in the tank, until they explode Luigi: Luigi is exploring a mansion with his poltergust, and he walks into a cleaning room, suddenly there’s a Monokuma ghost who posses a vacuum, Luigi tries to suck it up but the vacuum sucks up the poltergust and then Luigi Ness: Ness is running up a mountain, away from a giant Monokuma Porky, he falls down a deep hole though and lands in a massive pile of yellow flowers, when suddenly a song starts, MONOKUMA SANS APPEARS AND GASTER BLASTS NESS Captain Falcon: Captain Falcon is tied to a bridge, hanging over a road, suddenly, a hoard of F-Zero cars with Monokuma riders appear, they fly pass and bash Captain Falcon, until a Monokuma dressed as Captain Falcon appear and goes "Falcon PUNCHHHHH" Jigglypuff: Jigglypuff is in the forest, taking a nice morning stroll, when suddenly, birds fly out of a tree, and Ball Monokuma appears dressed as Jigglypuff, they sing and Jigglypuff falls asleep. Ball Monokuma gets out a jar of gun powder and paints on Jigglypuffs face, they then run away after lighting a fuse, and you can see in the distance an explosion Peach: Peach is at a table, tied to a chair, a birthday is set up with dolls of every Mario character around, a TV screen appears and shows above Peach is a massive drill painted like her Parasol from Super Princess Peach, it slowlyy digs down, Peach forced to watch, and then as the drill is about to reach her head, it explodes into goombas, they all fall on Peach and kill her Daisy: Daisy is about to get a hole in one at golf, when suddenly, TATANGA APPEARS, all the Mario Land bosses appear and hold her down, while TATANGA SETS UP A MASSIVE LAZER CANNON AND 3 2 1..... BLASTS DAISY INTO OBLIVION Bowser: Bowser is on the bridge, fighting with Monokuma Mario and Monokuma Luigi, he wins and celebrates his victory, he hears a noise, and looks behind him. Monokuma Peach is there and they touch the axe, Bowser is plunged into the lava and Monokuma Peach says "SO LONG KING (GAY) BOWSER" Ice Climbers: The Ice Climbers are scaling a massive mountain, half the time nearly falling off, they get to the top and see a gauntlet of obstacles made of fire infront of them, they manage to get through them and see an eggplant at the end, they try to grab it but its just a Monokuma dressed as the Eggplant Wizard from Kid-Icarus, they grab the Ice Climbers and throw them off the edge of the cliff

I have a better idea for Monokuma’s gimmick I like to call it “Overheated” A bar would appear over Monokuma’s Icon in-game If you attack as Monokuma, the bar fills up slowly If Monokuma’s hurt or attacked, the bar fills up quickly. If you are not attacked in the next few seconds, the bar will slowly deplete itself But if it reaches all the way, a 5-second timer would appear over Monokuma’s head. Once it hits zero, Monokuma would erupt in a major explosion. This would cause Monokuma to lose a life, but any opponent caught in the explosion would suffer major damage It is also possible to KO opponents if the damage is higher

I have an idea that's very non traditional (but what is traditional about this character) When Monokuma loses, instead of the usual clapping animation. He is displayed as the signpost that appears during trials in the place of someone who has died. On another note, he could also have a victory animation where it starts as the shadowy figure you see during the closing arguments, before fading away, revealing Monokuma. As to imply that now that the match is done, Monokuma can now be considered The Blackend

King Dedede's execution could go like this. Execution Name: Copy this! Strapped to a rocket launcher in his own castle as he takes blows that reference many copy abilities in the Kirby series (especially hammer) until he faints. Then Monokuma blasts the rocket creating a hole in the castle before it explodes into fireworks with the gluttonous king still on it. This of course would reference his defeat in Kirby's Dreamland only this situation would be a lot more breathtaking(Get it?).

I know exactly how I want this trailer to be: Sonic, Banjo, and Link search this mysterious place looking for a Smash Ball or the next fighter, and once they find what they’re looking for, they suddenly get caught by Monokuma’s neck chains which have his eye symbol on them that glows and then the Execution music starts with Banjo freezeframed getting dragged away while Kazooie looks in shock and chases after him while the others are being dragged away to their executions. Once we get our first glimpse at their executions, we go back to the room where they were in as Monokuma makes a slow dramatic yet sorta funny entrance and the BOOM “Monokuma Executes the Game!” And we get a zoom in on his eye and he hits the Punishment button that makes a Smash symbol on it once hit..and it gives us the title cards and music to each execution with static between each card that leads up to the true title card of “Triple Punishment Time!” I’ve only fully thought out Sonic’s execution since I never played Banjo or TLOZ but here it is: “Hate That Hedgehog!” (since Monokuma actually does canonically hate him) Sonic is on a theater stage that looks like various stages of his games and he has to please the crowd of Monochao and Monoflickies. He tries and tries to appeal to them stage by stage but they keep booing him and throwing stones and tomatoes at him to the point where he failed with a 0/10 rating and the floor turns to spikes, and just as he falls, it looks like Tails caught him and Sonic is relieved, but of course it’s not really Tails and MonoTails stabs him with his claws. The last frame we see of Sonic is him lying in the spike pit (looks like Chiaki’s DR3 Game Over) Bonus Points that at the end of the trailer Banjo survived the execution and Mono is pissed the other bear is still alive

When Monokuma reaches the door, the power runs out. After a recreation of Freddy's power out appearance, Monokuma jumpscares Freddy. -Crazy Dave: Plants vs. Fighters On the Day level, Monokuma places down a variety of plants, which begin shooting Dave. To finish him off, the lawnmowers are sent in Dave's direction. -Klonoa: Wind Ring Monokuma pulls out his own Wind Ring and begins puffing Klonoa with air. After a while, Monokuma throws him down onto spikes, or pops him with his claws. -Spongebob: Order Up Spongebob appears on a giant grill. Suddenly, a giant Monokuma with a Krusty Krab hat appears. He squishes him with a giant spatula until he's brown. He then puts him in a Krabby Patty, and sends him to be eaten by a hungry Patrick. -Steve: End Dimension Monokuma knocks Steve into an End Portal. In the end, he is attacked by shulkers, endermen, and endermites. To end it off, an Ender Dragon appears and knocks Steve into the void.

Rosakuma then keeps firing stars into the core, causing it to overload and explode into a supernova. Little Mac - Punching Bag: Little Mac is tied in chains and hung. Monokumas then punch Little Mac relentlessly until he is permanently limp. Palutena - Medusa's Beauty Treatment: Palutena is strapped to a UV bed for tanning. The lid goes on, covering Palutena completely, and a bright light escapes from the gaps. The lid opens to reveal a stone statue of Palutena.

I was thinking: Down B: Strict Rules! Monokuma will randomly select a rule that prohibits certain actions, such as no Shielding, no touching the ledge, no jumping etc. Breaking said rules will deal an instant 50% and shield break. However the rule will wear off after about 5 seconds, and is mostly to keep your opponent in check. Only 3 rules can be used in 1 stock

That sounds incredibly difficult to balance and just not particularly fun. Ya I know despair and all but locking your opponent out of shielding or touching the ledge, BASIC ACTIONS, and having that harsh a punishment for it would just not work.

Punishing your opponents do doing very standard things just would not work in a chaotic environment like Smash. Of course, you can make something like that work, just give doing those actions recoil. In my mind, monokuma is an otherwise seemingly terrible character, besides maybe being kinda fast and having some kind of detonating attack (like Clown Car) And his main gimmick would be the rules, whenever he uses the move, the screen would dim to highlight him, have the rules slot machine at the top of the screen and have a delayed activation, along with a specific sound que. To give everyone time to figure out what's happening. Not just *down b* lol gottem ggs

I've got a few execution ideas: Villager:"happy home destroyer" It starts with villager looking at his own house, when monokuma suddenly appears, tearing it apart piece by piece and throwing it all (furniture included) at the poor guy's face, ending with a swing from the mailbox, wich sends villager flying. Ryu:"malus stage" It starts off by showing ryu locked inside a car. But not just any car: it's the car from Street Fighter 2's bonus stage. Monokuma then enters the scene and starts pummeling the car, hitting ryu in the process. The execution finishes with monokuma lighting the car on fire with gasoline. Banjo-kazooie:"going eekum-bonkers" It starts with banjo and kazooie standing under a random conveniently placed spotlight. Another spotlight lights up in the background, revealing monokuma cosplaying as mumbo jumbo. The aforementioned then starts transforming banjo and kazooie into random things, ending off with them becoming a washing machine and being thrown off a building. Tell me what you think about them!

Here are a few ideas for final smashes: Mario: Trapped by invisible blocks and then by a barrage of hammers from hammer bro's Sonic: Attacked by a stampede of Eggman robots, he dodges it but gets hit by a Monokuma Eggman swinging ball Inkling: Getting attacked by a bunch of octoling ink, ending off with a Monokuma Octavio DJ Punch. Reply your ideas for Final Smashes And here's an interesting thought. No matter what percent of damage, Monokumas Final Smash would always cause an instant K.O. Because nobody survives the inevitable punishment of Monokuma. It makes sense.

I feel the explosion idea for the special is actually quite genius. Danganronpa LOVES to play with your emotions and expectations and what’s better for smash than randomly blowing up. I feel to balance it though, each special has a different chance. Down special would have the highest, then neutral and side (and the gimmick), then finally up special. They’d be close you one another percentage wise, but they’d be different. But I absolutely LOVE this moveset and it fits soo well!

I actually came up with a few execution ideas for some characters: For Mario's, it would have Monokuma tie Mario to a castle as he then explodes it with him still tied to it, referencing how Mario blew up the first castle from Super Mario World For Villager's, it would have Monokuma summon a swarm of wasps and scorpions as they all stampede at the Villager For Sonic's, it would have Monokuma recreate Sonic's death scene from Sonic 06 For Mega Man's, it would have Monokuma simply push Mega Man into a pit of spikes, referencing how spikes from the Mega-Man series instantly kills you For Min-Min's, it would have Monokuma dawn the Hedlock as he rushes Min-Min with a barrage of punches And finally, for Banjo's, it would have Monokuma recreate Gruntilda's defeat from the first Banjo game, but this time, he does it on Banjo.

Here's some Final Smash animations for the characters (Only around ten here. No time for seventy today.) Bowser: Falls onto the bridge, Monokuma laughs and pulls the axe, dropping him in while the Bear mimics the plumber. Luigi: He lands on a ledge and grabs the side, above a painting ready to trap him. The bear walks over, winks at him and stomps on Weegee's hand, sending him tumbling down to be trapped for eternity (Or the next three seconds of the scene.) Zelda: She lands on Hyrule Castle, and looks up to see the Calamity. Monokuma suddenly appears aboard a guardian, waving smugly as the robot blasts the princess to hell. (Double Punishment) Samus (Both forms) Have her land in a burning village and watch some people be skewered by a shadow. These people are her parents. She reaches out, but Monokuna screams and alerts the shadow, who slashes her to ribbons while Monokuma gingerly walks off. DK: He tumbles off his tree and notices Monokuma with his bananas. Monokuma pats his tummy and throws a peel at the ape. Enraged, DK rolls for him, but the Bear steps out of the way and DK slips into the canopy below. Pit: Show the crystalline form of Palutena's soul to him, before crushing it underfoot and punching Pit into the human world below, burning his wings forever. Villager/Isabelle: Burn their house with them in it and watch with Movie Glasses. That's it. Bowser Jr. Show up with his Cubs and throw the boy out of the car. Monokuma gives him a salute as they ditch the Koopaling on a sinking lava island with no escape. Wario: Load him with food and Gold! Only he's too fat from the food that he can't reach the gold, ever. Then, Wario explodes while Monokuma holds his nose. Captain Falcon: Race past him on a bike and blow up his car with a random mine. (Explains why there's no new F-Zero.)

Just some executions I came up with for Monokuma’s FS Donkey Kong - Appalling Arcade - The cutscene shows the first level ( in 8-Bit ) of the original Donkey Kong arcade game , except Donkey Kong himself is at the bottom , at the top is Monokuma , who rolls a load of barrels down the level at a high speed , Donkey Kong ends up getting hit by a barrel and the cutscene then shows the real Monokuma at a real DK arcade machine that he flips over in rage , ending the cutscene . Pokémon Trainer - It’s Super Effective Sucker ! - The cutscene shows the Pokémon Trainer themselves along with Squirtle , Ivysaur and Charizard , looking dazed in a place that resembles the background of a Gen 1 Pokémon battle . The camera then shows Monokuma , who is dressed up as the rival from Gen 1 , who then releases 3 Pokéballs that reveal three Monokuma’s who are each dressed as a Bulbasaur , Charmeleon and Blastoise ( Pokémon who are super effective against The Pokémon Trainer’s Pokémon ) that each blast the real Pokémon with their most powerful attacks before the cutscene ends . Lucas - Sunflower Sadness - The cutscene shows Lucas , dead in the middle of a sunflower field on a cliff side . Lucas notices something in the distance , the camera then shows a figure that resembles Lucas’s ( dead ) mother , Hinawa who is facing away from the camera . Lucas begins to run through the field however , his mother appears to always be too far away . Eventually Lucas runs straight off the cliff and in slow motion , the figure turns around to reveal that they were Monokuma all along as he laughs in the face of the bow falling Lucas , ending the cutscene . Little Mac - Title Defence - The cutscene shows Little Mac , who is straight in the middle of a boxing ring . Suddenly , 13 Monokuma’s jump out from under the ring , each dressed the other boxers from Punch-Out Wii . Each Monokuma take turns in punching Mac , the order of which is the order you fight the boxers in Punch-Out Wii . Monokuma , who is dressed as Mr. Sandman , hits Mac with 3 alternating uppercuts , ending the cutscene . Ken - Bonus Round ! - The cutscene shows Ken , who is trapped in a silver car on the beachside . We then see Monokuma , who is dressed as Ken and perform a Street Fighter esque combo on the car , ending with him kicking it into the background and into the ocean , ending the cutscene . Joker - All In Attack - The cutscene shows 4 Monokuma’s , with 3 of them dressed as 3 random party members from Persona 5 . They then jump up into the top half of the screen as their faces briefly flash on the camera before they bombard Joker ( who can only be seen as a black silhouette ) with a fury of attacks until Monokuma falls from the top screen and poses as the quote “Despair will Never Die !” is seen in the background , ending the cutscene . Byleth - God-Shattering Gambit - The cutscene shows Byleth , looking dazed in a marshy field . We then see Monokuma , who is dressed as Nemesis and wielding a replica of the sword of the creator . He points the sword at Byleth as a stamped of Monokuma’s comes from behind him and trample them , ending the cutscene .

The Symbiote Nation. Umm, Scorpion could get a fatality by Monokuma himself, of course tone down a bit for smash tho. Steve could get exploded by an army of creeper Monokuma’s ambushing him. For Paper Mario Monokuma could summon giant scissors and cut him to pieces. And umm, that is all I got for ideas. I haven’t played all the games of all the characters he has done so I don’t know the weakness of every character or their fear to make an execution out of them. It would be interesting if Brawlfan made a separate video of execution ideas for other characters tho.

Still requesting Snorlax/Munchlax. Although, that stuff with Monokuma’s final smash kind of makes me want to think of punishments for other characters. Including the other what if characters! Papyrus, Sans, and Flowey: Monokuma would take a strangely simple approach and cut them with knife. The Skelebros would be helplessly chained in place as Monokuma takes his time and approaches them slowly for a sudden slash (repeating red number nines included.) Flowey on the other hand would be savagely ripped apart just like in the genocide ending of Undertale. Monster Hunter: Monokuma rides on Rathalos while the beast attacks King Boo: Monokuma traps them in a painting and then proceeds to tear it apart with his claws. Springtrap (my favorite idea): Traps them in a Monokuma Spring-Lock suit. Then soaks it with a bucket of water. Forcing Afton to re-live his first death all over again... Then the suit bursts into fire because Springtrap and fire do not get along.
