For those who want to know the author wrote in one of his comments sections is that he wanted the majority of the citizens of Uzushiogakure to be in the western part of the continent while a few stayed in the eastern part allowing Naruto and Tsunade to see that they both still have living relatives outside the east. 500 Uzushiogakure citizens made it to the west with 250 of them being Uzumaki and in present time those numbers have doubled meaning the people are thriving.

My only complaint about stories like this are how badly they downplay just how powerful native Narutoverse characters actually are considering A alone is confirmed to be as strong as a Bijuu and guys like Pain could literally wipe out a Hidden Village by himself, Path or not while MASSIVELY overpowering characters from stories that have no business being being there on the same stage. Guys like Yusuke, Sephiroth and Kenpachi aside, a lot of these characters would be mid to high Jounin level at most... certainly not Kage level. Well, Tifa would put up one hell of a fight since she can brute force Sephiroth without into the ground with just her raw strength. She's basically FF's answer to Lee, but way hotter and probably not as fast. Oh well. That's just the fatal flaw of these kinda worlds.
