Way more than 60 years. Mito herself was at least in her 80s when she gave Kurama to Kushina and Kushina was in her early 20s when she gave it to Naruto. Mito could've been way older though since she was an Uzumaki and still looked like she was in her 50s, even keeping her red hair

I swear some of these writers just like torturing young Naruto. It's always about him being beaten or manhandled when none of that happened in canon. He was only ever ignored, spoken bad of behind his back and sometimes to his face
