Yeah I never even thought of the other Villages waging War especially after what Minato did. I assume in the past the Nuclear release Kekkei Genkai was feared as were many others mainly the Doujutsu but this Release would probably be 2nd or 3rd only to Wood Release being seen as so powerful simply because of Hashirama. So if they know it's a Namikaze-Clan thing and Minato was a Namikaze and so strong without it that might only make them fear what a Namikaze or user of this ability could do with it! I was thinking something related to Six Paths or another filler but while I would like to see Naruto Fly with wings I feel like that's best when he's helped out or a temporary power to show when he gets Six Paths that he can do it on his own now without wings. Like War Greymon... Anyways the Rasen-Shield would just be the Rasengan and it's variants used in a defensive way maybe even morphed into a spiraling spinning Shield which if stacked enough in it's circle form would resemble a Rasengan again. This answer may change in the future. LEGGO! Oh the Nuclear ends up destroying everything... Or Otsutsuki... That ending... Just in concept. It is unlikely to truly reach its goal but who knows maybe it will I just am a being who doesn't believe in low chances much. Hell even when I shiny hunt the only thing that makes me get a bit more confident is the fact that technically my chance of not getting it after 1000 more resets is technically higher.

Have you considered doing more What-Ifs on Naruto being adopted by some of other clans like the Aburame or the Akimichi? Because I've been having this nagging thought that Naruto would probably be very well received by those clans in particular because he's an Uzumaki with a Tailed-Beast, and would therefore have the inhuman chakra reserves needed to learn, master, and probably even perfect their techniques. I mean imagine Naruto with the Multi-Size Technique or the chakra to potentially sustain millions of Kikaichu....

C'est la vie...
