What if Deku had a quirk called blind berserker This quirk would activate when he closes his eyes, and he gets a general increase in all regular abilities, five senses(except vision, also, his touch is increased the most, and he gets sensory abilities like toph, but better), Speed, regen, strength, agility, and he can only evolve it through training while using the quirk. The quirk also has an increase-able time limit.

One very small nitpick I have, is when you say that the Kage Bushin (Shadow Clone Jutsu) was part of the graduation exam. It is just the regular clone technique. Shadow Clones require a much larger chakra pool then most genin could manage. The reason why Naruto can use it is because of his Uzumaki chakra pool and being Kurama's Jinchuriki.

Quick tip for later what ifs; Naruto was put on sasukes team specifically because he had the lowest score. If your making Naruto pass with flying colors I would put him with people he befriended in that what if such as shikamaru and choji because he already knows them

Yes but the ino-shika-cho team is a preset team, meaning he would most likely switch with Kiba since he isn't exactly the brightest and probably would have had the lowest score in cannon if it weren't for naruto.
