This is cool but 2 things: 1. It was never stated anywhere that in anyway The World lasts more than 5 seconds, as in, that DIO would be able to do something in the duration of Time Stop that he wouldn't be able to do outside of Time Stop (except fly, because objects are weightless in Time Stop, including him when he wishes) 2. When DIO first unlocked Time Stop he could only stop time for like half a second, so it should be the same with Naruto unless he like used chakra to amplify it or something
