Only if the limbs where freshly cut and put on ice they took to long to get to him and I bet his limbs got dirt and other bacteria in them so they couldn’t be reattached

@@Guy.1000 Chakra magic. I don't think that would be a problem. Given they can just pop out eyes and transplant them. I think a arm from some dead kid would work. Given root was taken out. I then there would have been a few extras around as morbid as that is.
