After an Uchiha swaps their Sharingan eyes with another Sharingan eyes, their eyes evolves to gain the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan combined with all the abilities of the other eyes .. And if they over use their Mangekyou Sharingan abilities, they will go blind in both of their eyes, so that is why they have to swap their eyes to prevent them from go blind permanently ..

Dude this whole time Ive been listening as a fan of Some Things in Some Parts of many-manga-YTwhatifseries and GODDAAAAAAAMMMMMM AM I IMPRESSED with this whole story EVEN when trying to be as critical as possible i love that its not just a few bloody brilliant things everyone puts in the suggestions of every other WhatIf series BUT INSTEAD all really solid alternate story choices that show a totally different version of the manga which in MANY ways is actually superior to most whatifs and in a LOT of ways the actual original where I feel like YOUR story sticks better to what everyone thought it shouldve been but with well pulled story shocks and so on and the writing that makes it still feel natural original and great so far in a way where I REAAAAALLY wish this was on as an anime even if its too mature and cleverly themed/written than most shonen but in ways that would make it that much better of a shonen because of how different of an approach to the story of the same characters as the original but with everything that we all feel COULD have been done easily but werent done cause Im sure Kishimoto thought most of these ideas and immediately said "but I cant do BLAHBLAHexample cause its too obvious or peopled expect him to figure outthe super amazing stuff that his dad did or for jiraiya to actually be kage and not Just Die Forever so he can be used in crap sequel just made to suck the life of the franchise dry when I no longer care and let one of the people helping me finish chapters make the crappy knockoff thats Way Better than anyone will ever acknowledge in ways No One will acknowledge so that all appreciators of the storytelling concepts and characters will all be stuck having to enjoy my manga's characters and story ideas through the many fans' attempts at making small changes of what they wished happened different and occasionally just strange changes of focus or putting one character in place of others due to subjective favouritism and agghhh man Ill get back to writing the NORMAL NARUTO STORY AS IS and Everyone will be disappointed with how EVERYTHING changed from awesome story of generations of Ninja focused on two sides of one conflict that touch people ninja and civilians in all these different places and how the MadaraVsHashirama/IndraVsAshura/SasukeVsNaruto thing gets resolved with all these awesome fights and what youd expect from a war and a war in a shonen in the DBZ -mag but learning from whats good and bad in every other popular manga BUT TURNING INTO "Oh chakra.... well, comes from ALIENS now and so all the ninjas were luky to be human with magical otsutsuki genes and tailed beasts which were split by the half human alien Sage of Six Paths who stopped evil mum then had two kids who are the former incarnates that gave us the first and madara and also Sasuke and Naruto now and so they because of being gifted the seals of the Sage of Six Paths similarly to the sons they have some huge epic battle against evil alien super greatx15 grandma and then kill her with the Six Paths named version of the Planetary Devastation thing which every bad guy who ever has a rinnegan HAS to do Way too many times and after everyone gets used to it we go Yeah its cause of crazy super evolving alien parasite powers and not just cool Ninja tricks and Chakra being in everything which the Senjutsu thing couldve been used to explain as a talent some ninja have along with training and other special circumstances to yield such extremely awesome results...

I truly hope no enemies ever learn all my brilliant ninjutsu...." - cause I feel like thats something that shouldve been in their somewhere cause with the amount they used 2nds' Reanimation Jutsu They REALLY couldve given some dramatic background and then just Had Naruto take ALL his years with Jiraiya til middle of war to fully grasp Flying Raijin when he sees how his dad and Tobirama use it and then hell use the same seal as his dad and start just doing it after maybe 2 tries and remembering messing upp training with jiraiya and then finally figuring it out so he can if he needs to but doesnt spam it like his dad so that he doesnt feel as overpowered and superamazing and never in a position where you feel "Oh crap how is the MC gonna get out of this!?!?!???!??" but I feel that because of how much people feel the Ootsutsuki thing and having the whole huge Kaguya thing instead of Madara and Kakashi losing the sharingan so Obito could get THE MOST BROKEN sharingan power ever but hardly even use it til hes dead and somehow stays ghost form to Share the power with Kakashi so he literally lends ALL HIS POWERS to kakashi's body and mind temporarily so he can finally be with Rin as eternal dumb dreamfilled kids forever after Kakashi then loses his coolest most powerful form and abilities which finally gave him powers that are alien-god level and then hes just the normal dude that used to be galactic magical eye superwizard but now uses lightning thats purple for whatever reason..... aghhh sorry for spilling so many thoughts at once, and I wouldnt but dayyyumn am I impressed and wishing that I had this as a manga or anime to actually See Take Place AS YOU HAVE WRITTEN Rather than what we all initially got and the Interesting and clever but STILL DISAPPOINTING "Sequel" to Naruto about his kid who aliens wanna reincarnate inside of while the rival has a daughter who is actually the one thatll be Kage this time cause if they didnt make it a girl then itd get even more bullshit from people paid off by communists without knowing it cause they think theyre just liberals that dont like George W Bush, and not people working for the rise of Chinese-led world government run using InterNational-Socialism (InterNazis is what Ive been calling these tyrants looking to be empowered by these globalists/technocrats/random people manipulated by Chinese Intelligence and so on but our worlds a scarier story than ANY MANGA! I don't really get the hate fior the third hokage, he didn't do anything wrong. It was Danzou who went behind his back and gave Itachi the mission, the third thried until the very end too find another solution. Things accelerated and Itachi did what he did but it wasn't on the thirds orders at all.
