What if ishikki loved humans instead of kaguya? The events play out similar but instead of ishikki having twin sons he has triplets, producing hagaromo, hamura, and a 3rd child that has ishikiis dojutsu (in both eyes) thus a clan being able to access daikokuten and sukunahikona. Here's an idea "What if Itachi and kakashi were brothers" basically the two of them are both Hatakes and still inherit Shisui's and Obitos Sharingans like the normal timeline and the two bothers may even have a cool nickname like "The half Sharingan brothers" Another idea is "What if kakashi adopted Naruto" we saw in the show that he was looking after Kushina when she was pregnant with Naruto and he was loyal and had a lot of respect for Minato so maybe in this story Kakashi felt a strong sense of duty to care for Naruto after Kushina and Ninato died
