I'm a bit conflicted as while I like he didn't try and sacred timeline things, the scenario just seems less plausible it would be the course of events without fresh demon Tanjiro being ridiculously more powerful than fresh demon Nezuko. Let alone Shinobu would have been one of the few others that could have been convinced to spare a demon who hadn't killed anybody, thus there was room for a different story without making demon Tanjiro even more OP then Nezuko. ................... (Yes I know about the end thing in the manga, but I view that as a unique sequence of events that cause Tanjiro to be like that rather than what his normal demon form and blood art would be)

And Rui was Lower 5 at the time so i doubt he would be a upper moon , he could be a lower 1 at best considering Gyutaro’s strength

Shinobu was known for being strict to her tsugukos and even making them go beyond usual powers to achiever better skills which mean she’d do the same for Nezuko making her far more strong and faster plus she’d teach her insect breathing and every other breathing’s whit also demon biography so Nezuko can learn to hit for their weakest point whit out necessarily having to kill them just enough to weaken them so she can finish them off easily Nezuko would have more knowledge about demons and her brother’s condition meaning she’d have better learning on how to turn tanjiro back into a human
