What if Noah & Mio Joined Smash?

Getting Xenoblade 3 with Noah and Mio in Smash would be incredible! Xenoblade is an amazing series and Xenoblade 3 absolutely deserves to be represented in the next Smash games roster!

When I thought of adding Xenoblade 3 to smash my idea was that the 6 party members are all playable; like a Bowser Jr scenario. And each move would pull inspiration from all of the classes in game.

Honestly, I’m not really sure I see that working. With the Koopalings, you can sorta make all of their models work with the same hitbox, even if there’s slight height differences amongst their ranks. Ouroboros varies so broadly in terms of height and build, Lanz and Sena both using the same hitbox and physics would feel really jarring. Iirc, one of the reasons Lucina was made an echo instead of a costume was just because she’s shorter than Marth, so idk if Nintendo would be down for it either.

Love the concept of having both Noah and Mio as a seperate fighter than just having Mio tacked on because it would be a disservice for her and not really represent the game as a whole. Love the class change with stance change and tho it does have a lack of Lucky Seven, Lucky Seven could be used for his smash attacks while in Swordfighter.

That’s fair, and I thought about including it, but I avoided it because personally i feel like it’d be weird to have Noah bust out the “last resort” sword as frequently as Smash Attacks get busted out.

@@dr.ninjake Very true only other way I could see Lucky Seven being used is as his final smash but it has to be him and Mio interlinking so I do like the idea of instead of him using the veiled sword he uses Lucky Seven like you said during his attacks

​@@ericgropuisI always imagined lucky seven to be used as a meter akin to arsene. The more dsmage you deal/take the more the meter goes up and you unsheath lucky 7 for 30 seconds. It could also have some gimmick like all his moves become shield breakers(think uncharged Marth nuetral b) while also having the oomph damage buff hero gets. Lastly it could also buff his frame data or whatever the possibilities are endless

I absolutely love this idea. I feel like you might as well just make them into one character slot tho, and changing the skin changes the default class when u start. like pokemon trainer or pyra/mythra.

How about we give Noah and Mio a single fighter slot, like Pyra and Mythra. That way, each character’s Final Smash would be their own Ouroboros form.

Yeah, I was thinking about having their B be a switch between them or something and adding a interlink bar, where it gives a buff that the higher it is the number of the bar, the more damage the final smash would do, and changing the animation for some levels, like level 0 is the Lucky Seven ground smash they used against that one Mobius they fought that made Ethel and Cammuravi fight, level 1 and 2 are normal ouroboros orders from the chain attack, and level 3 would be almost the same as level 1 and 2 except for the fact that Noah would use lucky seven and finishes the combo with the sword of the end in ouroboros form. The way to charge the bar would be by making it so that each switch you get 5-8 seconds you can fill up the bar by using specials and make it so that there’s a 10 second cooldown for the switch.

Such an amazing video, love seeing upcoming fighters especially Noah and mio. I’ve got a question is there a potential topic for a video on another final fantasy character one day joining a potential smash bros game in the future or another character from square Enix joining in smash Bros one day.

That’s a good question, there’s def Final Fantasy characters I’d like to see, but I don’t honestly play many Square games, so I’d really only make it if I played one and a character choice really hooked me. Who knows though, FF16 looks really good, so maybe it’ll be the one!
