The way I would’ve written it, is that Obi Wan picks him up before he gets burned. Obi Wan takes Anakin to a room with a TV. He puts in a video called Remedial Light Side. He ties Anakin to a chair, and keeps the video on replay for hours and hours. Just imagine, “Hi, I’m master Carl. Today we’re learning about the light side. The light side is good. We don’t kill unnecessarily, and we don’t kill kids either.”

I agree that it seemed weird to leave Yoda out of that ending, but the final battle had to be just Obi-Wan's and Anakin's given their place in this what if as "co-chosen ones". Plus, Yoda being there along with them would've made it too easy of a win for them.

Yoda literally dipped out of all galactic events by going on a self-imposed exile in a swamp planet. He ignored all the suffering and pain that was currently happening because he was too wrapped up in his failures. He would absolutely sit out a final battle. I doubt he would think himself worthy of being a part of a new Jedi order too, considering his mindset at the start of episode 4. He never had Luke to train, so he saw no reason to act upon the Jedi code again.

Clones were programmed to execute order 66. Unless Rex was able to ask them to remove their chips, it's pretty unlikely to make any change to the situation. And Rex's command will not be sufficient to change the situation since the whole grand army of republic are under the control of the inhibitor chips. There's almost no way to prevent order 66 since this order was virtually foolproof. Even if Jedi found the plan, it's hard to avoid it since Palpatine could order clones to control the senate. The only efficient way to avoid order 66 could be that Rex informed Jedi council clones may be controlled by unknown entity and then Jedi council broadcast the information about the chips. However, Palpatine could still give order 66 earlier to wipe Jedi out.

I have viewed many of your renditions of the question that staggers the imagination of everyone who tunes in. Personally, I haven't experienced one yet that I didn't enjoy, even if the end is tragic. You and your writers have a gift. I'm sure that you get many ideas from fans, like myself. I have delved into the idea of a symbiot, somewhere or somehow, that merges with C3P0. Luke or Anakin could improvise him similar to General Grevious. What If C3P0 became a Jedi?

Perhaps starting a romance as they are very similar in their stories. Also what if ahsoka taught ben skywalker as she saw him as history repeating itself. What if anakin was a jedi watchmen or wayfinder. What if anakin went with kenobi to face maul and savage instead of adi gallia. What if anakin fell in love with luminara or your own version of aayla secura romance. What if oppo rancis trained anakin. What if anakin met and fell in love with ventress just before the clone wars just after her masters death. What if anakin became a jedi sentinel like a watchmen or one of those who find younglings. What if evan piel became a mentor or second master to anakin. Or anakin became a healer either before or after his mother death could be related to his friendship with offee or alternatively what if he was trained by tra sa who taught windu and actually did not forbid attachment as shown by her relationship with tholme , they could become like a pseudo parents to anakin and train him away from the temple in azati martial arts and from trasa the living force as she is a plant lady so imagine anakin controlling plant life.
