Shibai Otsutsuki is a Otsutsuki that became a god throught eating thousands of chakra fruits. He is now just a dead corpse. What really happened to him it is unknown. But there are 2 scenarios that can explain what really happened to him: 1. He was killed. Most likely by another Otsutsuki who reached godhood (it has been confirmed that there are more Otsutsuki gods). 2. He ascended in a higher dimension (4d or even more) where a physical body isn't required.
