What if itachi spares his mother, mikoto. Awaken her mangekyo after seeing fugaku dead. Then mikoto later adopt naruto. Fight back against root and exposed danzo for what he had done and kakashi would help mikoto and arrest danzo and disabled all sharingan and stole shisui's eye and hiruzen tells everything about what danzo had done to the uchiha clan and for blackmailing itachi. Then hiruzen steps down. Instead mikoto becomes the 5th hokage. Wants to find itachi and saved him.
