The characters also either have no or only one parent, so there's a lot of materiel there. (Edit: they'd have to have the original English version though for most of their voices, unless she choses some from a different franchise, since the American dub is terrible)

Man, Rocky is ABSOLUTELY my fave of all the dogs. His design in the original show is just so cute and I honestly feel like he could've been a shelter dog that's more mutt-leaning than the other pups who appear more pure-bred. He's just a lil' guy and I'd protect him w/ my life. Plus I'm not sure he gets a lot of chrctzation in the og show(at least from what I've seen of it) and I just think he deserves the best.

Dogs can Smell and detect gas leaks. There was a dog in ww1 who could sniff out mustard gas and he survived the war! he's now taxidermized in a ww1 museum. he could salute too

There's also this story Abt how this regular house dog recognized that the carbon monoxide levels in their house were too high and wound up alerting the family and saving their lives(the carbon monoxide alarm was broken, I think). But, yeah, it's possible for dogs to recognize different gases and their danger levels. Plus I think that Marshall being able to recognize fire starts would just be a matter of him recognizing what the scent of smoke is at the start of a fire. Edit: the dog being able to salute is also so frickin cute omggggggg

12:02 For this bit, I imagine a scene where Chase, the most protective out of all the dogs, gets hurt somehow and needs medical attention and Katie is the only one there to provide it for whatever reason. At this point, I’d think all the other dogs have warmed up to her, but ever protective and worried Chase isn’t and keeps growling at her and being all “I don’t trust you! You could hurt him!” (And maybe part of him is scared that Rider won’t be so interested in his dog best friend if he falls in love with a girl.) So when he gets hurt and has to be taken care of by Katie, he is forced to realize that she’s actually a nice and caring person and that she wouldn’t hurt a fly. That could be cute :)

Speaking as a paw patrol fanartist and fanfic writer myself, I love your designs for each of the pups in your AU. Very unique, and it makes them stand out for sure. I also like your concept. Most fanfic AUs like mine tend to stick to the childhood time period, as that is what the show tends to do with them. (However, my fanfics have them go on a long narrative that eventually leads to them growing up, and now they are in their teen years right now.) Anyways, overall, awesome work, and I would love to see more of them in the future. :)

If I'm not mistaken, this confusion probably happened because the original voices of the American dub are children, and they sound quite feminine to us, I don't know if it sounds the same to you.

This video was great! I liked the voice claims you used. Every since I saw the movie Bolt for the first time, I remember liking it, but also kind of wishing that the in-universe TV show existed as well, so this is a fun idea to chew on. If you're taking suggestions for kid show to tween show ideas, might I recommend Hanazuki: full of treasures? It's very cute and sweet, but the actual premise of an interplanetary force of destruction that can only be fought off by the child guardians living there (and how many of them actually failed in their mission) is just asking for a more nuanced take on the idea. Again, love your videos!

When the world needed her most, she returned. Great video btw, this show was my childhood. If it was a show for older audiences I could see it being like Planet of the Apes meets Isle of Dogs. Like: the Paw Patrol were shelter dogs intended to be put down but they were taken in by the government to be genetically modified to be more intelligent so they could use them. Rider however is the only one they’ll listen to so he’s given an earpiece to be able to understand and command them. I’m just spitballing at this point lmao
