One I've always been curious about. What if Ezra Bridger missed Obi-Wan and stumbled onto Luke Skywalker when he went to Tantooine? They would be about the same age. Ezra and Luke could very easily team up and find both back with the ghost crew. Now wouldn't that change, I don't know...; EVERYTHING!? Just a thought.

Although it was predictable that Maul would be the one to carry the dark side forward, I loved how this played out with the Jedi under new management and balancing their roles as warriors and peacekeepers! Plus, it was a great way to wrap it up with Anakin getting to fulfill his role as the chosen one even though he wasn't the one to kill Sidious.

Pretty engrossing! I think one of the takeaways for Qui-Gon's new Jedi Order, was the Jedi can't be afraid of the Dark Side. They don't have to embrace it, but they do have to understand it. Courtesy of Count Dooku. Also the corrupt chancellor should have faced a huge backlash for abandoning the Jedi in their time of need. Perhaps he ordered a comms-blackout of the outer rim, supposedly to avoid public panic. 37:43 Hey! That ship is from the wrong universe! LOL

I sometimes wonder If Dooku would have been anywhere near as effective, If anyone other than Christopher Lee had played him? In some respects the Star Wars prequels have something in common with the Fox X-Men series in that even its biggest detractors can't say enough good things about how certain actors nailed their roles, like with Patrick Stewart, Kelsey Grammar etc in X-Men and I'd assume the same for the likes of Liam Neeson, Christopher Lee and others in the prequels.

The Jedi Order was always pulled in too many directions. They followed the will of the people, the will of the Republic, and the will of the Force. During Yoda's time, the Jedi Council seems to have gotten lazy and assumed that the will of the people and the will of the Republic are the same. Qui Gon would have had the Jedi follow the will of the Force which would have mostly aligned with the will of the people. This would be a tremendous improvement for the Jedi Order. Conflict would then arise when the will of the force and the will of the Republic come into disagreement. Very similar to Luke's Jedi Order that tended to butt heads with the New Republic.

What if Uncle Owen had been visited by Yoda on his way to Dagobah? Yoda would have explained quite passionately Luke's future role and how Obi Wan was to mentor Luke. So Kenobi moves into Skywalker Ranch um... the Lars farm. So for Luke's first decade Obi Wan tells Owen and Beru about Anakin, Padme, Leia, and the Organas. Luke is raised with Obi Wan guarding Luke and helping the farm succeed. "Uncle Bail" might visit with Leia about 10 years in to introduce them. They become Luke's family, too. But really no teaching, until then Luke is a normal boy. Then a carefully concealed training of Luke and Leia as Padawans. Leia trains for diplomacy and Force lore, Luke trains like Obi Wan as a defender of peace. So, in time the Bothans deliver the Death Star documents with the help of R2D2 and C3PO, who never left the Organas after Padme died, their memories still intact. So by 16 years old both Luke and Leia are trained to the skill level we see in ROTJ. Vader has less reason to suspect Leia than other Senators because she is a wise Jedi now. Obi Wan the great General lives up to his reputation and hires a smuggler called Han (with Chewie and Lando) to command squadrons of X-wings and Y-wings to defend Alderaan (or another world that earns Tarkin's wrath. Han earns more than enough to free him from all debts and obligations. Luke sinks that shot after Obi Wan fights and defeats Vader (training younglings honed his skills beyond his former best). Then soon (just about the time rumors run rampant) Obi Wan, Luke, Leia, and Han in the Falcon penetrate the palace on Coruscant and conquer Sidious and give him the treatment, "You were the Chancellor! You were chosen to bring Peace to the Galaxy and you plunged it into darkness!" And, like Vader before him, he attacks and the ghostly cackle of Yoda distracts him while the twins turn him into chutney sauce. Or maybe first Vader lets Anakin come out then he talks Palpetine into joining the light and creating a New Order without either the limitations of Jedi or Sith philosophy (like Kevin J. Anderson's "EU" books had students who saw the Force more as a rainbow and the wielder's intent being Dark or Light, anger and aggression being the flaws but no "darkness shall ever follow him" because two of the most powerful Sith chose not to die like Maul and Dooku but to gain victory through defeat. So Leia becomes Chief of a New Republic and Luke Grand Master with Palpetine, Anakin, Obi Wan, Han Solo, Chewbacca, Lando Calrissian, Owen Lars, and Bail Organa mentoring the Twins and uniting various factions into a new society with better Karma. Then come the Yuzhan Vong for a bit of excitement... Or the Chiss. Or a Droid-rights rebellion. Or Rodian rights. Or anti-clone hysteria. Or Killik joiners. With a New Republic led by Leia and Luke with a few apprentice Jedi and fleets of Refitted Star Cruisers (former Star Destroyers outfitted for multiple missions as well as war) garrisoned to systems not just warfleets they would have a smooth-running society not one fresh out of civil war.

Qui Gon had survived Darth Maul saber duel, and basically the profecy would have been nulled. That's the paradigm of religions. Had he survived, Anakin would have been his disciple for sure, and the prophecy would not matter. He is a beacon, a teacher, a guide, he is not for the council as many say. Qui Gon represents the change, a different point of view, and that's something the Jedi Order didn't want. He would have personally taken care and guided Anakin in a way that he would become a sentinel 100%. I'm even sure that, if Mace Windu were to be alive following this logic, he would have taught him his style not to be his disciple, but to create a form to counter him. He had the talent, a perfect master in Qui Gon, and also Obi Wan as senior. Had given time, the most efficient way for Anakin to train would be teaching him all the basic forms in the 7 styles, to let him create a form which could be the perfect counter for dueling. He is more akin to combat than be a force user.

What if a coup happened directly inside the jedi order, a group of insurrectionist jedi had enough of the clone wars and enough of the council obeying the senate, outnumbering the republic loyalist jedi and overthrowing them? We can go down the route of these insurrectionist jedi, manipulating official republic military orders so that some of the most powerful jedi in the order recieve bogus orders and are sent on wild bantha chases. What if growing up on Naboo, Palpatine become friends with a wookie, they become such great friends for life, that even as he becomes Sidious, he cares for one thing other than power, that being the wookie, the wookie becomes his right hand, his confidante and is one of the few beings in the galaxy that knows his identity as the sith lord and is there by his side during his rise to emperor?

I remember Mother Tal Zin saying Savage had greater potential then Maul which is likely why Palpatine slew him while still so inexperienced and weak and took Maul who was the bigger threat at that time. Everyone was free to study as they wanted and we know a few Jedi had an interest or aptitude for fire sight force abilities and this council had a lot more communication with each other why didn't anyone feel any kind of warning about the threat? I imagine a few star wars content creators, that had the same idea, would probably make Palps a kindly old politician, who wanted the best for the galaxy and contrast that against the evil Sith Lord Sidious but honestly in a world with a senate that corrupt, I still see Palpatine as a typical power hungry politician that steps over the little guy and uses people. Hell maybe he even secretly works with the Sith, thinking he could outsmart both the Jedi and Sidious and take the power of the senate all for himself, while Sidious is secretly laughing at this mere mortal and using him for his own ends, until it's time to kill him in true Sith fashion.

What if anakin was piloting before attack of the clones and sensed ventress fall to the darkside as her master died and took his ship to the planet to investigate. Perhaps starting a romance as they are very similar in their stories. Also what if ahsoka taught ben skywalker as she saw him as history repeating itself. What if anakin was a jedi watchmen or wayfinder. What if anakin went with kenobi to face maul and savage instead of adi gallia. What if anakin fell in love with luminara or your own version of aayla secura romance. What if oppo rancis trained anakin. What if anakin met and fell in love with ventress just before the clone wars just after her masters death. What if anakin became a jedi sentinel like a watchmen or one of those who find younglings. What if evan piel became a mentor or second master to anakin. Or anakin became a healer either before or after his mother death could be related to his friendship with offee or alternatively what if he was trained by tra sa who taught windu and actually did not forbid attachment as shown by her relationship with tholme , they could become like a pseudo parents to anakin and train him away from the temple in azati martial arts and from trasa the living force as she is a plant lady so imagine anakin controlling plant life.

I really enjoy your videos. I was thinking that you could probably produce some shorter ones as well, with smaller changes that may still affect the galaxy. I imagine the force would have guided Qui Gon to Anakin on Tatooine regardless, but what if he and his mother weren't slaves? That would be a bigger one. How would Palpatine have approached grooming Anakin if Padme had never gotten pregnant? That could be a shorter one. You could make some interesting changes based on Rebels. Just some thoughts. Again, great stuff.
