This would be more likely in a timeline where Qui-gon survives and has a strong enough influence over the chosen one that it's clear he can't be corrupted, so Palps turns to cloning, possibly after trying and failing to turn Anakin.

Story stopped making sense when maul came back not a fucking chance in hell could maul take on plo koon let alone a basically near fp anakin since he was trained by the entire fucking council should have brought back palpatines master(every time I put it In it just auto corrects but u know who I’m talking about) and then have him save maul or take a new apprentice it just doesn’t make sense on how maul even escaped when he couldn’t in canon so he’s going to have to fill in those plot holes

That could happen if the Jedi send enough Knights that Maul realizes he's in over his head and is forced to leave, and maybe takes down a few other Jedi on the way out, before Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan engage him and send him falling to his demise, only for him to turn up later, mostly intact.

First of all, great story and can’t wait for part 2. Second, it is interesting to see how Qui Gon became the Grand Master AFTER he refused a seat on the council beforehand. And third, day 17 of my list (pick any one of them and I will stop reposting them and keeping track of the days). What if; Anakin never gave into his feelings for Padme, Aayla Secura was the chosen one and became Darth Talon, Shme Skywalker was adopted by the Tusken Raiders, Boba Fett saved his Tusken family, Count Dooku was a regular count for the CIS, Jabba the Hutt supported the Jedi at the Start of the Clone Wars, and finally, what if Sabine and Ezra fell in love?

I like this! How Qui-Gon became the new Grandmaster of the Jedi order and changed how they operated. First defeating Palpatine early and then disabling his clone army which of course was part of his secret plot to destroy the Jedi. Them having the Jedi move away from the republic capitol and also having multiple Jedi bases across the galaxy and having them be more involved with the people while following the will of the force.

It kinda implied that the Chosen One prophecy was generational, I presume that Qui-Gon realized he brought balance to the Force when he killed Sidious, I think it was Anakin's turn after Maul massacred all the Jedi on the Temple. I think this was a better fulfillment of the Prophecy, rather than a Vague one on the original.

I find it really funny how Qui-gon still finds Anakin believing he’s the Chosen One, then you cut it short by having Dooku betray Sidious leading to the end of the Sith, shows how very easily his plans at any point could be foiled. Do a “part 2” but have Dooku stick to Sidious, he may trust Qui-gon as Grandmaster, but feels the Jedi and Republic are still too far gone.
