Naa this type of card is stupid. Imo otk are fine IF you have to work for it. Killing your opponent in one turn shouldn't be an easy task to do. With Odyn for example, you can destroy your opponent with only 3 cards for only 6 mana, it is stupid, looks like the dev want the game to be over before we can play the cards that consist our deck

@@roslolian11 Size is kinda connected to the power of the titans. Like Sargeras cutting the planets in half, or Aman'thul tearing Yasharaj of the planet like a tick. While the Old Gods were the size of mountains. In hearthstone we see titan's avatars, that they used to fight alongside their champions from time to time. Those forms are powerful, but where slain by mortal heroes before.

As someone thats played hearthstone on and off since classic, I’m incredibly hyped for this type of deck. Always loved warrior for some reason and it’s been rather miserable in most metas in the recent years. This looks strong like warrior was in some of the earlier exspansions. As such it’s the first time in years I have bought the release bundle. Hope this will be as fun as it looks!

I'm not even convinced it will be good. Remember when watching these that decks are confined to a 10 new card restriction. They MUST use 10 new cards or more. Therefore, decks are vastly weaker than normal. I think this deck will be fun, but I can't really see it surviving a real meta, but would be nice to see. My only concern is just how easily it is shut down by the current meta, let alone whatever the meta is after release.

Late game is dead. Blizzard never has to print 10 mana cards again, because you just die before that turn. Hell, infinite value Sargeras feels kind of garbage in the face of 28 attack + armor.

I think Blizzard will nerf Odin to 10 mana cost after a week or two. He is too good as 8 mana cost card and it is next to impossible to win since Warrior player just needs to build up their armor to survive early-game and casually goes face late-game.

If you don't play Odin on turn 8 it starts to get worst very quickly since you spend all the burst you have to survive. Decks that can apply pressure quickly with board refill can put the warrior in a situation were they can't play Odin without taking a ton of damage the next turn. It's far to early to say and with everyone playing unrefined greedy decks in the event I wouldn't assume anything.

thats not how hearthstone works, at 10 mana he would be unplayable. 8 mana 8/8 with no immediate effect is already extremely greedy. Armor doesnt matter if you get out-tempo'd all game. If you're too behind on board you can't play odyn because hes too slow.

Odin is not a good enough wincon. Building around him is fine - but if you do not draw him, you cannot do literally anything except heal. Heavy Plate is not a good card and is only put into decks as a filler option to cycle through your cards with tradable. Without it, its literally Healing Touch - which is unplayable. If you do not draw Odin, and its on the bottom of your deck, You will not be able to win. Control Warrior does not have the card draw to get through the deck fast enough
