When the fight happened, he realized the demon in the Golem is a descendant or part of the “Black” lineage, and then said demon proceeded to imply that Noir, now Diablo, their leader in the underworld or wherever the demons’ realm is, is serving Rimuru and that it’ll be his last chance to directly help Rimuru and show his gratitude for his summoning, golem creation and his referral to Ramiris which the demon ends up enjoying serving. Guy was shocked but not that much. But it also might be because he already knows something’s up with Rimuru with the way he tackled Clayman prior to the fight. He literally debated and annoyed the hell out of Clayman lol. So he might be more shocked if Diablo came first and foremost, rather than slowly getting interested to Rimuru as the meeting proceeds, but also might not be much, as even by when he was meeting Leon, he’s already pretty interested with the newly awakened demon lord.

I think this would expose the true nature of Guy since both have known too much about each other. That would give other Demon Lords a clue of how to deal with Guy but obviously will never attempt to do.

Honestly, I think most things would happen how they already did, as Diablo would see fighting Clayman as Rimaru's personal grudge and not want to deprive him. But, I do think that the arena fight would have gone much different as he'd end everyone else quickly to enjoy watching his master work.
