@@CJM94 Exactly. If Kreese hadn't been so "Defeat does NOT exist in this dojo!!": His students wouldn't have all walked out on him. Because his students don't walk, most of the events of KK3 never happen. Terry Silver might have still had plans to expand Cobra Kai, but they wouldn't have felt the need to exact revenge on Daniel. In fact, Daniel might have listened to Mr. Miyagi and not felt a need to defend his title at the 1985 All Valley. Because Cobra Kai still has plenty of students, it's likely that Mike Barnes doesn't get brought in. Johnny would have stayed at Cobra Kai, wouldn't have lost his mentor/father figure, and wouldn't have become an alcoholic drifting aimlessly through life. He probably would have finished college and had a career, or he would have become a sensei much earlier in life. He also would have been a better father to Robby. Bobby, Tommy, Jimmy and Dutch would largely remain unchanged.

Here is what I think everything before the school fight would still happen and so would some parts of the fight would except Robby injuring Miguel. Daniel would find out about the students getting suspended and Robby would say Johnny taught Miguel to show mercy. Kreese would retake cobra Kai as his own, Miguel and some others would leave cobra Kai. Tory and hawk would stay behind. Kyler and his friends would try to join but Kyler would be the only one joined. Miyagi fang would fight at the arcade and hawk would not break demetri arm. But demetri would have the courage to ask out yasmine. The house fight would not happen so hawk would be enemies with demetri and Miguel. The dojos would train for the tournament and Kenny would still be bullied and Miguel wouldn't know who bullied Kenny. So miyagi fang would cut Hawks Mohawk. Hawk would quit Karate. But Daniel would find out that Anthony was picking on Kenny. So Anthony would be punished a little bit earlier. The prom would still happen. But Robby and Miguel would be on good terms. Miyagi fang would win the tournament overall even though Terry paid the reffery. Season 5 would be uneventful.

Boxiest already did "What if Betsy survived?" If Daniel's father didn't die: Daniel would have probably stayed in New Jersey and had a MUCH different life. Johnny would have won All Valley for a third time, and wouldn't have gone into a downward spiral. Kreese wouldn't have lost all his students, so Cobra Kai would have continued to thrive. Bobby wouldn't have been ordered to injure Daniel, and wouldn't have lost faith in Cobra Kai.

That would depend on what Mike Barnes' agenda was. Johnny would have no idea who he was, and if Barnes showed up trying to claim his % of Cobra Kai, Johnny wouldn't give in. Personally, I think Barnes just moved on with his life after KK3, finished high school, became a karate pro, might have moved onto MMA, and eventually opened his own dojo (or several). I don't think he cares about Cobra Kai. I want to see how Silver entices him back in S5.
