You call Ness's dad with these phones and he saves your game. You never actually see Ness's dad outside of these phone conversations. For the announcement trailer, I’d imagine a fake old school “Game & Watch” game called “Security”. After checking some cameras, a “bear-like monster” sneaks up on the silhouette protagonist and he runs out of lives. A zoom out of the camera reveals that the security guard from FNAF 3 was playing the game on their shift, but after the ventilation suddenly fails, maniacal robotic laughter is followed by a casual stroll-in by the yellow rabbit himself- of course with all of his patchwork fixed up so he isn’t too scary to the younger audiences. “SPRINGTRAP Stays The Night!”

About Springtrap’s design not being allowed in Smash, the Help Wanted design for Springtrap did make the corpse inside of Springtrap darker in colour so it’s a lot harder to make out what it is. In fact, the blackness makes it look more like an endoskeleton rather than a corpse. If Springtrap were to join Smash, it’s safe to say that Sakurai might think that design would be a lot safer to pick age-rating wise.

I really love it when you use certain themes that relate to that character to help fill out/create their moveset, especially if they don’t seem to have too many references to work off of at first. What you did with Freddy and now Springtrap is a pretty clever direction they’re characters from horror games, so why not theme their attacks to make them feel like something straight out of a horror movie. Also I really love the little demonstration doodle you made for Springtrap, it actually does look creepy for a simple drawing, like what you did with his eyes and teeth and especially when his head was shaking during his Nuetral Special. Can’t wait to see what other characters you’ll give cool movesets to in the future.

I thought this was gonna suck but it's actually a scary, slow, heavy hitter with very nice moves. I like the concept of the neutral special very much. I just found yesterday that what you call spiking is called Meteor Smashing officially and that spiking is a hit diagonal enough to not be considered one. After brawl there's not much of a difference though.

Some requests I thought of: Monokuma (Danganronpa) Beatrix LeBeau (Slime Rancher) (Like Olimar, has a group of slimes each with different status effects, but you can feed and breed them to make them stronger and gain different effects) D.Va (Overwatch) (Could be kinda like Samus from Brawl where in her Mech she's a hard hitting heavweight, but after taking too much damage she ejects from her Mech with a small explosion. Then you play as baby D.Va where she's faster and much lighter until you build up enough charge to call your Mech back.) Velvet/Oleander (Them's Fightin' Herds) (Oleander probably makes more sense since she's much more popular and kinda the face of the game but these two are my favorite) Mayday and Zuke (No Straight Roads) (Would be a duo but you can swap between who the leader is at will. Mayday is slower and more damage oriented with her guitar and Zuke is faster and more combo based with his drums.) Fall Guy (Fall Guys) (Would use objects from the minigames for attacks like the tail, a jinx cloud, spinning bars, a cannon that fires fruit, a seesaw for recovery, throwing a fall ball, etc.) Blathers (Animal Crossing) (I imagine him being too nervous too fight and his attacks are him hitting you by accident. He uses the different bugs and fish in order to attack such as the beetles launching those in front of Blathers with their horns, The butterflies being used as a recovery, launching a tarantula and it sticking to whoever it lands on, a shark lunging out of a tank behind blathers, laying a scorpion trap that poisons whoever attacks it, Blathers tripping and throwing a sea bass who flops around like magikarp, Snapping turtle biting other players etc.)

Small tweaks: if Springtrap wins a match against Freddy, the 3rd Winning animation will have Springtrap maniacally laughing. He could have a alternate costume here he is Scraptrap (maybe not ‘cause you know, missing arm, sharp teeth and all). And if he kills Fredbear skin Freddy it will always have his 3rd animation but he’s crying (referencing how fredbear potentially killed his son)

I like to think that Phantom Mangle would curse one of your taunts. It wouldn't be that helpful, but it could mess with the likes of Luigi and Snake. Mangle only stalls your audio in FNaF 3, so having it be fairly unimportant seems pretty fitting. (Also, to make Springtrap slightly better, Mangle could be the rarest and the Marionette wouldn't be able to curse a taunt, just so the move is useful)

I just realized, Henry Stickmin could have a gimmick where he can choose which ending he got! By selecting Henry's head, he could gain a Toppat, or a headset. And then his moveset depends on which one you chose, or, to simplify it, just the special attacks. Even his Final Smash! Normal Specials. **Sigh** For his Neutral Special, he wields a gun. For his Side Special, he would use his scooter, and if he's in the air, his rocket scooter. For his Up Special, he'd use the Jumble Hoppers. For his Down Special, he'd hold one of three random Gems. Either the Diamond, the Ruby, or the Emerald. This is a reflect. His Final Smash should be a cinematic Final Smash where he dashes forward with the rocket scooter, and anyone hit will be dragged in. They will be in space, where the Toppat Clan's Space Station is. Then he'd grow the Emerald, as the Toppats fire Supreme Dominance at Henry. Then he'd ricochet the laser at the foes, and anyone who ends up with 100% of damage gets automatically K.O'd.

Maybe it could reference Kirby infinite power that he been to hinted of having in most Kirby lore With each hit he would start glowing more and more and getting a more angry expression. in the final hit he shoot blast of light straight forward with distortion versions of his voice sounds like demonic scream, it would have the same reach as the bite but make up for it would it reach around Springtraps hight and could fit the horror theme. Most fan perceive Kirby as a heartless monster, and with the power of spring trap, Kirby is finally able to use that fear because nothing is more scary then having the nice guy suddenly snap!

I’m guessing Grimm from hollow knight his move set would be. A attacks: Jab would be some simple slashes and sends side ways. His dash attack would be another slash and sends side ways. The side tilt would be a peice of his fire and he would have short rang but does decent damage. Up tilt would be he turns into bats for a short amount of time to damage the player and it would send up wards.down tilt would be a small sharp thing from the ground he summons from the fight short range but decent amount of damage and sends up. Side smash would charge a slash or a fire ball like mega mans charge shot. Down smash would be where the spike come out of the ground again but because that what’s used for down tilt it will go higher and deal more damage. Up smash would be fire beams the more you charge up the higher they go it doesn’t do much damage but it has high knock back. Neutral air would be he puffs up and sends fire up down left and right or diagonal making it have a bit rng. Forward air would be a quick slash. Back air be another slash but more powerful. Up air would be another slash but with good knock back and it would send up. Down air would be 2 fireballs going down and it would spike if it was there for a longer time. The grabs: pummel would be some quick slashes. Forward throw would be like mewtwo and throw you and send some fire balls. Back throw would be a quick slash low damage low knock back but it would lead to combos. Up throw would be sent up then they would be hit by a flaming pillar. Down throw would simply throw you down low knock back but would lead to combos. The B attacks: neutral special would be sending those red bats I think from those capes they would send up and down so you can jump over them or crouch they go fast but the longer you hold the b button the less bats would go out. Side special would be a charge attack like Ike’s the longer its held the farther it goes and more damage. Up special he would turn into bats and fly up but if you hit the bat with red eyes before it makes it to the ledge it cancels out the recovery. Down down special would be pillar summoning the longer it’s held the farther the pillar goes also there’s a shadow for where it goes it does a lot of damage but a lot of time left vulnerable. THE FINAL SMASH: it would be hit with a dash then you would be pummeled by slashes hit by fire balls and finally he would hit you with a powerful pillar that sends up. The other stuff: The colors would be Red, Yellow, Blue, Green, Black, Purple, Silver And finally Pink. His stage intro would be coming out of the cacoon thing. Taunts would be a cape wind thing Puffing up and final taunt having fire around him. Victory animations would be some slash’s then a cape spin and final victory animation would be breaking the cacoon thing again. STAGE: It would be his boss stage of corse which you can switch for the first fight or final fight. MUSIC: the music would be his theme then other bosses themes. That’s all I got! I think the final Victory screen you mentioned would make sense if it was exclusive to a victory against Freddy (If he was in the game of course), like with the Star Fox characters. For a replacement screen, it could reference a FNAF 3 death screen, where Springtrap lifts the suit's head up, revealing his rotting skull beneath. This obviously wouldn't fly for kid friendliness reasons, but neither would Springtrap himself

For his down special, I think it would be cool to select which phantom comes out like monado arts. For example, you’d wanna use the aerial one for Yoshi, the grounded one for Little Mac, etc.
