I always thought about a what if like this with the exact same set up! (Good Buu eats Evil Buu). The only difference is that my set up involved Hercule distracting Evil Buu so he doesn’t get a chance to send the chocolate beam back at Good Buu. This is an amazing story though! another what if could be "what if Uub arrived early?" Uub would arrive in the Saiyan Saga, around a little before Raditz. Buu would be sealed by the grand supreme kai the same way he sealed Moro, and would wish to have him reincarnate to be a good guy. Goku would find Uub, looking for someone to mentor considering his son wouldn't want to be trained at the time. He would stumble upon uub beating up some red ribbon remnants wanting to conquer his village, giving goku the idea of mentoring him, and training him, seeing a potential beyond Gohan's. Uub slowly learns to embrace his majin roots and gets a form of his own. During the buu saga, his other half is unsealed, due to babidi sneak attacking the grand supreme kai with the help of dabura, making uub having to come to terms with his evil side and defeat it to take control of it.

I loved this, Super Buu taking a bite of the Destructive Donut was endearing. Only questionable thing that made me raise my eyebrow was everyone chiding Super Buu when he was absorbing the Z-fighters to equal Berus. From their perspective, they should've seen it as a way to fuse and equal the playing field, since Berus was about to blow up the planet. Like another commenter said, hopefully there could be some character development and the Zfighters can grow to trust Buu.
