Recipe

Step 1: Make The Rib Patty
Ingredients
1 lb Ground pork
1 ½ tsp Salt
⅓ c Sugar
1 tbsp Liquid Smoke
1/4 tsp Chipotle powder
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
½ tsp Cumin
½ tsp MSG
¼ c Flour
1) Combine all the ingredients together.
2) Roll out onto a cutting board and cut into a rectangle.Use a paring knife to cut out a rib shape.
3) Bake in the oven until sweaty.

Step 2: Make the Buns
AP flour
Salt
Sugar
Yeast
Crisco
Water
1) Mix together ingredients then knead into a thin dough. Let rise for an hour.
2) Roll out into perfect circles and cook in a pan.
3) Deep fry until golden brown.

Step 3: Make the Ghost Chile BBQ Sauce
Ingredients
1 tbsp Corn Syrup
1 can Chipotles in adobo
1 tbsp Tomato paste
1/3 c White vinegar
1/2 tsp Paprika
½ tsp jarlic
1/2 tsp Smoked ghost chili
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
Black pepper
Pinch of Salt
¼ cup brown sugar
Spicy rib patty
Pickled Fresno chilies/red jalapenos
Thinly sliced white onion
1) Finely chop chipotles in adobo. Add to the sauce pot with all the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil.
2) Dip the rib patty into the BBQ sauce. Add to the fried bun with pickled chilies and onion.
