Ya I'm happy with what we get, it's definitely way different from what I made for you while we wait for it and a bit confusing on some parts but it's definitely something. I also agree with your questions, yushiro is no where to be seen and demon tanjiro is shown to be immune to the sun. Also here's another good question for ya, how is tanjuro not dead and where are the rest of the family during all of this.

No problem thanks for the suggestion! I'll try to answer the best I can since I didn't think of every detail for the video! In this timeline, I didn't include him because he would have met Tanjuro instead. And for the second one, I guess since Tamayo is a demon who can't withhold the sun, he shouldn't either, and regardless I don't think it would have made much of a difference in the story.

Genya will find an even better friend in Tanjro, 'cause he empathizes even more with Genya's Demon-ish life and feels like he has found a new little brother and adopts Genya, to Sanemi's dismay. Though Sanemi is shaken by this, he protects Genya better due to his increased paranoia about Tanjiro, this results in Genya using his full ability better, developing it in IRL practice during the hashira training arc aided by Sanemi and survives Kokushibo. BTW, Muichiro would feel more sympathy for demons as Tanjiro befriends him and all Tanjiro's siblings would still exist, and more kids, because Tanjuro is definitely going to survive if Tamayo turns him into a demon to save his life after the youngest child in the Kamado family in OG KNY is born because he dies in OG KNY after that. So, all of Tanjiro's siblings would accompany him and they would literally live out of suitcases as his adorable, portable siblings and occasionally carry him around like a little army if he got injured, and the DS would have less casualties than you mentioned. But, good deductions nonetheless!

Alright after looking through the video again, I'm wondering a few things. 1. how is tanjuro not dead from his illness, Kie or tamayo he's going to die to it 2. how are any of the kamados not worried of tanjiro being missing for at least 2 straight years (for refrence entertainment district would only happen after tengen's wives went missing which only happened after 2 years after the Canon's final selection, tanjiro may have entered into the Corp without said final selection (because trying to put a half human, half demon hybrid into a forrest of westira trees while said person couldn't even withstand the sun is complicated) but doesn't effect the timeline, it doesn't just rush 2 years early; and same goes for swordsmith village, gyokko wouldn't locate the head of a swordsmith until 2 years) 3. Why aren't the kamados killed by muzan, assuming they have the same house location, muzan would still ravage through their home, sure they will put up a fight but they are equally inexperienced 4. Where were the other charecters like yushiro, Inosuke, and zenitsu 5. How did mugan train go, you totally skipped it 6. Why does tanjiro's blood demon art feel so random, he should have one based on the sun or fire, hell I'm fine with you just using his bone tentacles from the manga, but shotting blood (I guess you can call it blood shot) feels a so random 7. And the most confusing factors, why can't tanjiro survive the sun! He's a half human, half demon hybrid yet his human side doesn't protect him and even then the kamados own the unique trait of sun IMMUNITY, so how can't tanjiro survive

Actually muichiro wouldnt have fough gyokko as tanjiro which is probaly not as light hearted as a hybrid he wouldnt tell muichiro to be kind etc. Which caused him to originaly fight gyokko in the first place. So maybe gyokko wouldve been tagging along side hantengu making the fight much harder
