All 9 hashiras can defend themselves against prime muzan, and on top of that, Kokushibo is almost as strong as Muzan, as kokushibo has moon breathing, BDA, 500 years experience, and is at the peak of swordmanship. Douma and Hantengu will be damn annoying for Muzan as they have many clones, and Muzan wont be able to kill Hantengu's main clone because of the number of enemies. I think just kokushibo, and 2 hashiras hashiras (red blade) and enough to kill Muzan, if not, there are 11 more demons and 7 more hashiras.
