Today we take a look and see what id the Austrian Empire still existed on HOI4 Hearts of Iron 4. Not Austria-Hungary, NAY! The Austrian Empire is all the Hapsburgs need to rule effectively...right? I'll be using the Imperial Restoration mod which also adds in the Byzantine Empire
