I think most would, we saw in the CLone Wars finale that the chips FORCE the Clones to obey as Rex tried to resist, my guess is the effect lasts awhile making them fanatically loyal, but in time it wears off to some degree, the Clones then have to choose to serve the Empire or not, as we see in Bad Batch many do until they get to a point where they question it. Like Cody when he saw how the Empire crushes ALL resistance. Or Howzer or WOlfe when some of their brothers were in too much danger.
